    I'm extremely disappointed in this company that keeps advertising on ******** and showing all of the positive reviews that are probably self-created. I have 2 pillows that are not the right size and have never been opened. I've only had the box for 3 weeks now and need to return and get my money back. They advertise that you can return free of charge and exchange or get refund. This is not true and the return address they give is a completely different business who doesn't know why they're using that address or their phone number. . There is no shipping return address except for *****. This company needs investigating and we need a resolution on how to get our monies back and return using a U.S. address. Stop advertising on FB if you're not living up to the agreement you present to the public. They only answer positive FB feedback and don't answer negative feedback. Your help is requested. I can now see why they're not accepted by BBB.

    I wish I could select zero stars. They ripped me off. I purchased two pillows only to find, after opening only one, that these pillows do not fit into conventional pillow cases, they require special cases made by Nacove. I immediately started the return process, to no avail. I emailed them four times: They made it impossible to return these pillows, in direct contradiction with their "return" policy. They tried to sell me more of their special size covers and also told me that it would be very expensive for me to return the pillows. 6 weeks ago they said that their "team was currently processing your request." I never heard from them again! I feel they have literally stolen money from me.

    They are only getting one star because I am satisfied with my pillow. I spent 700 dollars on pillows for my whole family with what I thought was a 100 night guarantee. I asked to return my sons two pillows and my husbands king size pillow since they were not satisfied, they responded with, I can send them back but they need to be unused and in the original package and shipping will be expensive because they dont pay for return shipping on their website it say they pay for return shipping! And how are you suppose to know if you like the pillow if you dont use it?? Return it unused is just ridiculous when you have a 100 night guarantee, it doesnt make sense! 700 dollars!!! 700 and this is the customer service I get!!
