    I purchased baseball photos from this company and never received them and have not received any responses from the numerous emails I've sent them.

    I ordered and paid for school soccer photos from Hoffer photo on 3.28.24. I have yet to receive these photos (as of 9.6.24). I have emailed and called Hoffer Photo repeatedly over the past several months and have never received a response. I would like my money refunded or delivery of the photos I paid for.

    4/2/24 ordered two sets of team sports photos from Hoffer Photo (one for each of my kids) and my credit card was charged. Photos arrived extremely delayed (late June). Both sets had a high school brand/background and my sons are in elementary and middle school. I emailed for a corrected order. The next set came and my older son's were right. My younger son's "corrected" set arrived with my son's name and jersey number and another player's photo. I emailed ******************* July 26 and August 6 asking for a correction and have not received a response.The photos this year are terrible quality - completely washed out. They are far from professional quality.At this point, the company has not responded to multiple email requests from me and so much time has passed that it is outside the window to dispute the charge on my credit card.

    This photo comps originally didnt provide the volleyball photos that I paid for. They sent me some photos in the mail and they included the wrong team photo. I have sent several emails and left two voicemails and have not heard anything back. I want the company to remedy the situation by either sending me the correct photo, or give me a refund.

    Ordered graduation photos online from Hoffer Photo on 2023-06-12, Invoice Number *******, and was charged $29.03 at time of order. In August, realized the photos had not arrived. Attempted to contact the company to resolve this, but have not received any response after 3 weeks.Emailed ******************************** on 2023-08-01 asking for order status. No response was received.Sent a follow up email to ******************************** and ******************************* on 2023-08-07. No response was received.Researched reviews of Hoffer Photo online, and found numerous reviews about orders not being delivered, and lack of response from the company, which exactly matches this complaint.Would either like this order delivered ASAP or a full refund.

    My apologies for the delay in getting your photos to you.  Not sure what happened at the lab once the order was placed, but the photos have been printed and **************** should have them next week. They will ship ****** so I'll have a tracking number, which I'll send over to him as soon as I have it.  I've also refunded his purchase in full, and he should have an email confirmation of that shortly.
