    I purchased my son's cross country photos from Hoffer Photo on 9/13/2024. It's been over 3 months, we have received NONE photos. I have been trying to get hold of the business, emails, text messages, nothing got them to even response. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a photographer.

    I have attempted to get a hold of the photographer several times on several different dates via email and phone. My calls have never been answered and I ordered photos and was charged in early July. It is now almost October and I still don't have any photos nor any communication from the photographer

    I purchased photos from Hoffer Photo on 3/19/2023. As of 1/22/2024 I have not received the photos and I have attempted to reach out multiple times over the years but no response whatsoevery. Order ID: ******* This was for a team photo for a hockey club.
