    A joke of a company as well.1.5 star rating on BBB Substandard business ethics and practices.Over half a dozen complaints with the EXACT same issue...Cancelling orders that continue to be.billed.Don't waste your hard earned $$$$

    This customer chose the subscription option when they set up their initial order and manually canceled their subscription after an order had been charged to their account. The customer then reached out on 5/17 and said, "I need to cancel this order and stop any and all future reoccurring orders effective immediately. No longer can afford these supplements. Plz advise ASAP that this order has been cancelled and no further charges will be debited." There is no ongoing billing on our end as we immediately canceled the pending order and verified that the subscription was canceled. Because this customer chose PayPal as their method of payment, they were unaware of an ongoing issue where PayPal will retry a charge when a refund is made before PayPal has received the initial payment. PayPal will then retry the charge before allowing the refund to go through. This process can take up to 12 business days to resolve on PayPal's end causing the customer to erroneously accuse our company of charging them again.
