    During our "owner update" at ******** 7, salesperson **** ***** aggressively pushed us to purchase at Gold Point Resorts. He emphasized "tremendous availability" of bonus time, spacious accommodations, and easy rentals to offset costs. As seniors (70 and 67), we trusted these representations and purchased for $26,350. Shortly after purchasing, Gold Point separated from *************** The promised bonus time disappeared completely - it had only been available during COVID when occupancy was artificially limited. When we attempt to book bonus time now, it's either unavailable or prohibitively expensive. The online booking system is gone, replaced by nearly impossible phone calls. Maintenance has deteriorated significantly. Hot tubs are frequently broken or poorly maintained. The property lacks the amenities we were told we could use at ******. Our rental attempts yielded minimal returns - nothing like what was promised. We've spent nearly $20,000 on payments plus $6,400 on maintenance fees that keep raising for a property that doesn't deliver what was promised. Don't fall for the high-pressure sales tactics and misleading claims at Gold Point Resorts.
