This is a bad, bad company that does ugly, ugly business. They sold and stuck us with a timeshare but that have ZERO programs available to assist when you can't use it anymore. Worst: They sold it to us but they task us with selling it to someone else. But THEY THE COMPANY sold it to us, not previous owners. So they are liars too. We sent them an email in mid April hoping to have constructive conversations and their "professional" response was. Too bad. You're stuck with it. Sell it to someone or go to heck.
WORST COMPANY EVER.

This company can't even get out of its own way. I have been trying to email this guy "F******" but every time I send an email...he doesn't reply. Then, when I send an email complaining about it...I get a reply saying that Mr. F****** has "changed his email". So, I sent an email to that "new email" and Mr. F****** goes on not responding. This company sold me a timeshare. Not another owner. Not the previous owner. THIS COMPANY SOLD ME THE TIMESHARE. The only "solution" that this "professional hospitality company" provided me when I could not pay and did not want it anymore was to sell it on my own. Greedy little liars. I received your email and I can't help but feel completely exasperated and aggravated that there is nothing you can do about my timeshare. The fact you do not have a resale or buyback program in place is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. You sold me something that I am not happy with, and yet you cannot provide me with a solution. To top it off, all you can offer is a list of third-party options, as if it's my duty to now do all the research and legwork myself. What a joke Breckenridge Grand Vacations is to work with! I will be totally honest here in saying; my then girlfriend and I were totally suckered into a presentation by “entering to win” a free trip.
Clearly there was no contest, as everyone “wins” a trip that requires a high-pressure timeshare presentation. Ultimately, we were completely hoodwinked into a fractional membership (we didn’t understand at the time); followed by years of follow-up “mandatory” presentations. This is where they are happy to remind us that we will never see the snow of Breckenridge, as they sold us a summer week that holds zero value to anyone: to the tune of $630 per month in payments for 10 years.
When we decided we had had enough, we wrote the founder and CEO, demanding to be released, sighting general misinformation, falsehoods, and financial predatory activities.
We received a response from a member of Management in the Accounts Receivables department, who concentrated on our complaint about the length of the presentation (obviously, a minor issue compared to our many complaints). His passive-aggressive methodology of cutting and pasting portions of contract that we specifically told them were not covered audibly during the presentation (basically inferring we are either liars or idiots) has resulted in zero resolution to the issues.

Sales presentations are never mandatory, and all contests do have a winner. Summer weeks do hold value with the most satisfied owners being those who use not only their owner's week but also day use and bonus time.

Please beware of this company as I feel they mislead me into buying a timeshare with them. I have NEVER been able book a vacation with my time share in the 10 years I’ve had it. I paid them faithfully and have kept up with the maintenance fees all these years and still have never been able to use it. This has become a financial burden on me and I have asked for assistance to cancel my contact for the time share but have been met with nasty sales personnel. I feel this company mislead me with promises of vacation time that I have never been able to use. DO NOT PURCHASE A TIMESHARE THROUGH THEM! I wish I had found these reviews in my search before I had purchased. I'm hoping other owners will find my review and help them avoid this scam. This company violates 2016 Colorado Revised Statutes Title 6 - Consumer and Commercial Affairs Fair Trade and Restraint of Trade Article 1 - Colorado Consumer Protection Act Part 7 - Specific Provisions § 6-1-703. Time shares and resale time shares - deceptive trade practices.
There were secondary sales appreciation and deeded property claims used deceptively to mislead this as an actual asset and not a timeshare and represented as fractional ownership. There were claims of this asset being the "last" developable real estate on the mountain and therefore would lead to asset appreciation. I was told the property would be willing to do a buy back or I could sell secondary in the future. I tried selling on secondary real estate market only to find there is none. The sales rep was Tammy C*******. I've been harassed daily by phone and email by Dave H*******, John S****, Jake T***** similar to a collection agency. I would not have purchased had I known this was only a time share. I will pursue this legally and report to the state's attorney's office to help others not be victims to fraud and help consumers be protected.Breckenridge Grand Vacations, LLC

Breckenridge Grand Vacations is more interested in taking my money than offering a decent vacation. I’ve used a third party to sell this experience and it won’t sell. In addition, I have rented my time out and was successful with getting a check a month later. However, as an owner and paying fees owner, I am unable to afford using this place. Breckenridge Grand Vacations should assist owners to be able to use it. It’s not a good rate of return. I will not will this property to anyone in my family so they won’t be providing and making the HOA fees after my death. The time shares industry and Breckenridge Grand Vacations should be investigated with their business practices and laws established.Breckenridge Grand Vacations, LLC

Yet another falsehood by BGV. They have never been willing to discuss the false and misleading statements made by their sales representative, nor have they ever requested any information pertaining to the misrepresentation and sales tactics by that representative.
