      This trash company has not picked up my trash for at least 8 different times. I call every single time and get excuses. The last time they said they are going to start taking pictures proving my trash is not out there. I said fine. Still no trash pickup and no pictures because my trash is put out there the night before. They won't come get it. They say next week meaning I have to pay for no service. This is theft. I paid. They delivered no service. I want a refund for the weeks I did not receive service. They can even credit my account for 2 months. Their customer service *** is so rude!!

      This company routinely charged me for services and did not deliver. When I called and left voicemails, they were not returned. It was only when I threatened to file fraud charges through my bank that they returned my calls. I immediately cancelled my service as soon I received a return phone call. Then, I received a bill for the next 3 months of service. When I called to ask about it, I was told not to worry about it and hung up on repeatedly, including by a manager named ****. 10/10 I would like to warn everyone not to use this company.

      Best Cleaner Disposal was the trash collector for my now deceased mother-in-law. I am *****************, acting on her behalf. She was 83 when this began to occur. The ************** took over trash collecting and she went with them but Best Cleaner continued to charge her. So far no problem. I called and it took 9 calls to finally get someone but they looked at the logs and agreed there was a problem. I was told a check was sent three weeks ago but it has not arrived. I have placed around five calls now to them, and I never get to talk to a person, where early on I always got someone. I leave messages but get no call back. I am beginning to think this is a bad business. The money is not that much, I really don't even care but I do hate businesses that prey on older people. The address where the collections were taking place was **********************************************************. The account was in the name of *****************, though his wife, ******* who survived his was the resident. The account number was *****. I have offered to go and pick up a check. As far as I know, they have never looked to see if the check they claim to have cut has been cashed. With that information they could cut another. I would be happy to pick it up.
