      BCD refused to pick up my trash 2 weeks in a row with the excuse that it was "too heavy," though they would never tell me what "too heavy" meant. They can sure tell you when a payment is late, or what holidays they observe, but "too heavy?" What does that mean? 30 lbs? 60? 100? Who knows?! They sure don't! It all depends on whether the pickup crew want to do their jobs or not. Looking for alternatives . . .

      Has anyone had any luck getting this company to answer their phone or return voicemails, since thats about all you can do when you call? Id like to cancel my service, which Im sure theyre aware of since the know they have not picked up my garbage and the one time they did answer the phone they told me a straight out lie. Must be they keep track of who they know they have breeched their contract with and they just dont answer or return those phone calls. The only reason I have this service is that the previous owner of the house was unable to ever get BCD to cancel their service of pick up their dumpster. Im guessing the sellers are still trying to cancel too. I cant believe these people can stay in business. It seems like taking peoples money (up front I will add), and providing no service and no way to cancel is bordering on fraud.

      Horrible experience trash isent picked up weeks skipped and not only that they broke my trash can called was on hold 30 minutes just to get hung up on not once but three times by the same person who just kept hanging up everytime I call they say their is no manager on duty to call back tomorrow I do that and again no manager on duty the customer service is awfull the rudeness to customers after they are the ones who missed a day or damaged my bins i recomend never using this company ever!!!!!!!! the drivers are not any better throwing the bins back always lating on the floor I asked if they can stop throwing the bins back because they are breaking them was told if you dont like it cancel wow never in my life again
