    In January of this year, I was referred to ************************* of Quality Plumbing and Heating. In February, he installed a hot water heater, followed by heating, then the ** unit. He replaced my mom's hot water heater as well.Fast forward three months later my ** stopped working in May. He told me then he had to add some freon to remedy it. Three months later in August, my ** stopped working again. He claimed he fixed the issue again and said one of the coils was frozen and had to add some freon again.I did not think this is normal, so I got a second opinion in early September. Per a licensed HV** and plumbing specialist, **************** took a number of short cuts. Despite him coming out a third time there was a leaking liquid line above the hot water heater in plain sight. The Hvac specialist indicated that possibly the low charge leak system was refilled twice with 410 a refrigerant, which does not work well when topped off. There were other missteps he took as well.To me this clearly malpractice. **************** had three opportunities to make things right and he failed to do so. My mother and I are going to have to shell out around $3000 to fix this.In November I gave **************** notice and gave him about a month to reimburse me and my mother, before writing this review and taking further action.
