    ******** customer service. I've had a problem occur EVERY month. They lost a payment, have raised rent to almost double, added locks and a third party has the codes, all virtual agents and most recently changed my access code without notification.

    Today 12/2/22 I went to the storage to get my Christmas stuff from my unit. When I arrived I forgot my code to get in the gate. I parked on side of building on the handicap parking to look for the code on my phone. I decided to go in because I could not find the picture I had on my phone. When I walked in there was a man behind the counter. I then told him I need to get to my unit but I forgot the code for the pin pad. He then told me " So you went back to the unit behind a car which you are not suppose to do" I said No I didn't" He then told me again I know you did. I saw you go back there. I then told Him Go ahead and look at your cameras and you can see I never followed behind a car to get in. I know the rules. He then told me Have a good day. I said I need the code to get to my unit. He then said I'm not going to help you if you have an attitude! I said You are accusing me Of entering the gates by following a car in front of me which is not true!! He then gave me the code. I went out and punched in the code and it said access denied. I went back in he then told me What? I said this code is not letting me in. He then said I don't know why it's not letting you in. I said well isn't that your job to figure out why it's not working? He then started telling me that he was going to trespass is and kick us out at the end of the month. I said we need to get in our storage to get our stuff. He would not let us in our unit or give us access to it. He then told us to leave and started screaming at us. We called the cops the cops came over. We explained the situation to the police they then went and spoke with him. The officer had the man behind the desk which happens to be the manager!!! The one who gave us the worst customer service ever and we felt threatened and harassed by him. He was able to give us access to our unit and get our things. This should of never escalated to this point. If he would of just handled the situation the correct way. Never doing business here!!
