While my spouse/partner was hospitalized for a stroke at ************** in **************, I watched a specific nurse slam a urinal down on his p**** and then commanded him to "go." I attempted to stop her from further abusing him and she, instead, filed a complaint with the hospital that I was the abuser. She was removed from his care but returned on a shift a week later and was grossly disrespectful and rude to both me and my partner. We would like to file a **** complaint against her for her egregious behaviors but St. ****'s staff refuse to tell us her name or license #. I only know her from the ********************** charts as "************" working on the 12th floor with rehab patients.

SCL sent me to collections after over-billing me by $7,000. I told them I needed my billing date to be the 20th of the month to pay my balance, but they put it on the 19th of the month (one day before I get paid). I requested month after month to switch the day, but they never did. I made payments each month on the 20th (payday), but they have now sent me to collections anyway. I'm sure they have plenty of people they can send to collections who don't pay them monthly, instead of me (who does pay them monthly). The collection agency has not contacted me via mail, email or phone, yet I keep mailing payments to them. They need to correct my credit report. Also, I find it interesting that I am overdue for my mammogram, yet they didn't notify me. Questionable ethics for a patient who has a history of breast cancer.

I spoke with the patient she was very rude and would like any communication with ** done in writing as she states
every time she speaks with us, she gets different information. She states she submitted a BBB complaint and would like it to go through them.
She also expressed how she doesn't know why we are trying to reach out when we know we shouldn't be and hung up.

Can you assist us by informing the patient we need to work with her directly.

      Thank you

I called and talked to the patient about their concern. We came to a mutual agreement that was beneficial for the patient and the organization. The patient knows if they have an issue in the future to contact me directly.

I was sent to the emergency room on June 4th, 2023 after being refused by detox after being pulled over for suspected dui because my heartrate was too high. During my visit I was seen by a nurse one time. She provided me with water and hooked my finger up to a heart monitor. My girlfriend came to pick me up and we waited for a nurse to come see me to say I could leave for over an hour. I was not seen by a nurse once after arrival and my girlfriend had to go find one for me. I was allowed to leave because I was showing NO SIGNS OF INTOXICATION and my heart rate had settled. I was charged $3561.90 before my insurance and $1654 with. I immediately reached out to contest the bill to see why it was so high and was met with a response saying the charges were correct. I was charged for LEVEL 4 CARE! Level 4 includes x rays or fluids! I messaged again asking why I was charged level 4 and they gave me a very vague response. I wrote them again saying I needed to be explained exactly why I was charged for level 4 to which they gave another vague response! I asked to talk to a supervisor and got a call a few days later from medical billing and I highly doubt the man was a supervisor of any kind! During my conversation with him, he told me that if you are brought in by the police it is automatic level 4. I asked why and he said it was because I needed "supervision" and that it cost money to have someone watch me. I did not receive medical care and there was obviously never anyone supervising me! I was neglected the entire stay! He said he wasn't there so he has to assume it was done. I told him I would like to be charged for the care I received and he would not go back on lowering the level! He said if I was brought in by police it has to stay level 4 no matter what! He shaved an insulting $400. To me this is a predatory practice. They charge people who are brought in against their will an automatic level 4.
