      I placed an order on 3/30/25 and selected regular shipping. Ive received no updates regarding the order, and they still have not been shipped as of 4/3/25. **************** was very unhelpful. I plan to file fraud charges with my bank.

      I placed an order last night from crocs via tik tok. They had a sale on the adult Echo Ombr Clogs. This morning I received a notification that my order was canceled due to the item being out of stock. The reason Im filing a complaint is because the item is not out of stock. Its currently available on the same Crocs tik tok account I originally purchased from and on the Crocs website. The same color and size, the only difference is now the item is back to full price. I know the real reason why my order was canceled was due to Crocs not wanting to honor the sale they presented. If a mistake was made and the crocs were not on sale Crocs should have honored the amount we paid as that was the amount it showed at the time of checkout. Instead this business was shady and greedy and above all else dishonest. Im sure they will reply with some generic excuse and not resolve this issue but Id like to warn others that this company is not ethical and will s**** over hard working customers to make a few extra dollars.

      I am rejecting this response because they did not provide a resolution or take accountability. The item is out of stock means there are no more available to be sold. Out of stock does not mean we do not want to sale the item to you at the price we listed so we are canceling your order so that we may increase the item price. You may have the right to cancel or fulfill an order and I have the right to advise others not to do business with an unethical company. Just because you have the option does not mean its ethical. I hope this complaint will help others to stray away from such business practices.

      I ordered a pair of the juicy couture crocs online there new collab for almost 100 dollars. They delivered the crocs to the wrong address when my address is on there correctly. Thats not my fault at all. They blocked me from filing a claim with *** or chatting with a live agent for help after denying me of a refund they no longer have my size in stock for a reshipment. This is ridiculous they expect me to just get over it and let them keep my money or something. **************** is the worst and very rude. Im trying to reach out to somebody higher up. I Have never seen anything like this before to resolve an issue. We wear a lot of crocs in this house. Im always getting the new ones for my kiddos. I will never order from them again. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY SO QUICK BUT IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT! I dont even understand how an agent can block me from filing a claim with **** I called they told me to file a claim with *** I get off the phone with them and it said that. I had to call them back I was told to try again 24 hours later I did that and still could not file so I go to reach back out and they blocked me from talking to them Im not sure how a business can even run like this. I will not just let go of losing MY money it could be 5 dollars they think its okay to take peoples money and something goes wrong they dont have to fix it. None of that is my fault. I would also like to report ******* *. the person emailing me back and fourth I think there the ones who blocked me from doing anything.

      I am rejecting this response because: I added proof I cant file a claim with *** it says the sender restricted me and theres another photo uploaded thats added showing I was blocked from chatting with an agent. If you look at the photo *** uploaded its not even my address or my door. So Im not sure how the package would be lost or stolen on my part that has nothing to do with being my fault. Your response did not even make sense Im not accepting that I want my money back or what I paid for. So is there nothing you can do I ordered from crocs not the Heydude website ?

      I ordered a pair of the new Juicy crocs, I ordered my regular size, size 8. All my crocs are size 8. They arrived and I was so excited, I tried the croc on and I could hardly get my foot into it? The size says size 8 so I was confused; I put the other shoe on, and the same thing, I could hardly get my foot into it, and once I did it was super tight and my heel was hanging off the back. So obviously its some sort of manufacturing issue. I reached out to their customer service and I spoke with *****, who wasnt helpful at all, he said I could return the crocs, and once they are received they will issue a refund but it can take up to 2 weeks and then I could re-order? You sent me a faulty pair of crocs and you want me to go to the post office, using my gas for your faulty item without even a guarantee that the crocs will still be in stock come that 2 weeks, when I mentioned this didnt work for me to *****, he said there was nothing else they could do, and left the chat. As someone who has bought many pairs of crocs, *** never had this issue, its absolutely disgusting. The one time I buy an exclusive type of crock that cost more than a regular pair this happens. And not one thing was trying to be worked out.I dont know if Ill ever purchase from crocs again if Im being honest, thats how poor the customer service was I received.

      I purchased a pair of character crocs from **************************. The shoes come with 2 jibits and one of the jibits was already broken when I received the shoe. I have been asking for a replacement of just the violin jibit and told I would have to return the entire shoe for a mistake I didnt make. For merchandise I paid for and was delivered to be damaged. How difficult is it to take the violin jibit from another shoe and give it to me? Why is this such a difficult process anyway the jibit it 10 dollars.

      This is my crocs clog which is has a manufacturer's defect one pair is longer than one, it is weired to get clog like that it should be quality for that crocs.I ordered this shoes on vacation, now I am outside ** when tried to return shoes amazon told me I only have 30 days to return. And i didn't expect higher priced shoes have this defect.I have attached photos for defect and receipt for your information.

      After complaint #********. And promising me that they will make a replacement for me for the warranty claim on may 26, now they refused to make reshipment, this is the worst experience ever... They told me earlier "Please feel free to browse our website at ************************ and choose a similar item that you would like as a replacement. Once youve found something you like, just send over the item name, color, and size, along with your full shipping address. Ill take care of the rest and ensure the new pair is sent your way as quickly" I attached screen shots for the email and chat with customer service. ***************************************************************

      I ordered my crocs directly from the company website. The package was sent through ***. *** delivery did not attempt to ring my doorbell or contact me before leaving my package outside and was immediately stolen. I have filed a complaint against ***, and was told Crocs authorized the package to be left outside. This is unacceptable as this is not even normal *** procedure and Crocs did not follow due care to make sure that their customer would be satisfied with their service. I have had multiple packages delivered via *** from different retailers and was able to ensure the package would be delivered directly to me or placed within my building. I was not given any option to choose the delivery service or select not to have my package left outside. I reached out to crocs customer service the same day and was told there was nothing they could do. There was no attempt to rectify the situation and it is on Crocs for resolution because they should not authorize packages to be left outside. Their packages should be delivered directly to the customer or kept until the next day and it is crocs fault for authorizing packages to be left out and potentially stolen.

      I brought Crocs for my daughter through ****** on December 22, 2024 for ****. In February the Croc strap broke. I called Crocs they informed me that there was a 3 month warranty on the Crocs but I had to go through ******. Called ****** they told me that I had to go through Crocs. There is a link on ****** that states if you have an issue with your merchandise call or text Crocs. Today I called Crocs and was told if you brought our shoes through ****** we cant help you. I stated but there Crocs shoesCan I speak to a supervisor No they are going to tell you the same thing. If Crocs are selling their shoes through ****** but their shoes have a 90 warranty and when you talk to ****** they tell you to contact Crocs what are you supposed to do?

      I ordered two pairs of crocs online in December 2024. I received my order and immediately returned 1 pair of shoes because I knew they wouldnt fit my son, I received my refund in a timely manner. I gave the second pair I ordered to my daughter for Christmas. They did not end up fitting so I returned them as well. It has now been nearly two months and I have been sent a confirmation email of my refund but never received it. I have checked with my bank and the refund was not received. I have called and spoken to several representatives at crocs and they say it was sent but they are referring to the first pair in the order and refuse to send the refund for the second pair of shoes. Instead they start a new refund and never send it. I will contact them and they say it was sent but are still referring to the first refund I received.
