      i purchased a pair of pink fur lined crocs for my girlfriend on 12/01/22 and i received an email on 12/2/2022 at 12:18 am saying crocs have canceled my order. The shoes were 50$ all together. I still havent received my refund or received any explanation as to why my purchase was cancelled. my order number is 38564234CUS

      I ordered on 11/23/22 Black friday deal plus got 15% off for new customer . Order has said being prepared. I received an email today from afterpay that crocs cancelled my order because they couldnt fill . I checked the website today and everything i ordered is available & my order still says being prepared. I cant get through to customer service at ******************** . Order #********CUS

      I placed an order on 11/18/22 and have yet to receive it. The items have not moved from the shipping facility since the 23rd and I believe they are lost. I have attempted contact to Crocs **************** on multiple occasions and multiple different ways and have yet to receive any kind of response. At this point I do not believe I will ever receive my order or a refund as they are absolutely impossible to reach even though they say a representative will be contact me shortly.

      I ordered 3 pairs of crocs on the 27th of November, they promised shipping in 3-5 days up to now my order is still being prepared. I feel like I was scammed; customer service is worthless, cancelation is impossible. Im wondering who do I report this organization to?! I regret not reading these comments before throwing away my money with this company! I just need my delivery urgently, as no one advised there would be delays when I was placing my order!!       I have talk to these people on several different occasion about my refund. They keep saying it has been processed and they have not refunded. My order had the wrong address on it. They claim the refund takes **** business days but it has been well past this. I want my money back now since I still dont have the product.       Firstly, I ordered crocs on 11/21/2022. Then I told a family member of mine to order from there since there were many crocs, socks and jibbitz for really good prices. They ordered on 11/23/2022. They received a refund to their card stating that their order was canceled, not from crocs but from their bank. Even though they had money and crocs was the one to cancel the order, but they heard it from their bank and not from the source (crocs) directly on 11/29/2022. I was then nervous about my order considering it hadnt been shipped yet but still hopeful (because this was not my first time ordering from crocs as Ive been a loyal customer for years). However, today, 12/2/2022, I was told by afterpay, not crocs, that crocs had canceled my order as well and there was no email from crocs at all. I am extremely disappointed, especially considering the holidays coming up.

      I placed 3 orders on November 23rd for a total of 9 pairs of crocs on sale. Today December 2nd I get refunds from afterpay and not a single email from crocs as to why. I also checked spam. I checked the site and most of the items are still available but no longer at the price I purchased them for. The prices are higher. The chat function to speak with someone is unavailable. The customer service number gives the busy signal. Im so upset as these were all Christmas gifts for my children and husband. So disappointed in this company.

      I ordered two pairs of shoes on 11/22/2022. My account has been charged. ************************************************** shipped, no one has answered my emails, their chats will not connect to live agents during business hours, their phone lines are busy, and they have not answered my messages on instagram. I tried solving this by seeing if my local store can fulfill my order (since they have the shoes and my size in stock) and I was told on the phone that they could not. My hand is broken and I'm needing these work shoes so that my partner doesn't have to continually tie my shoelaces. I would like these to be shipped immediately, or give me the power to grab them from my nearby crocs store. Or, refund and credit so I can buy needed shoes elsewhere.

      My order has finally shipped, but despite my numerous messages and BBB claim file I received no personal apology.  They sent me a generic form letter that did not apologize or even address even address their failure to reply to my numerous messages/emails/live chats/phone calls, as well as their failure to fill my order without being strong-armed.

      I guess the cited resolution at the time of this complaint resolved but at this point I would like additional compensation besides a "come back next time" coupon code.  I will never be ordering directly through Crocs.com again. I bet if I ordered through Amazon, they would have cared more about filling this.

      I ask that my claim be updated to also be seeking additional compensation for time spent to have them fill an order I paid for.

      I want this complaint still on their BBB company profile for future reference to other customers.

      I am rejecting this response because: I am not asking to return the product in exchange for a refund, I would like compensation added to my original payment method for the time and labor spent forcing them to fulfill my order.

      It should also be noted that today- 18 days after my order, I am getting emails from crocs customer service people finally answering my emails pre-reaching out to the BBB and they are simply stating at this point that my package arrived (which, yes it did. But 18 days of nothing - dead silence - and my order not shipping until after I file with the BBB does not make me like the fact that I gave Crocs money).
