      I ordered 5 pairs of crocs yesterday for myself and my four daughters. There was a great sale on the site and so I got a pair for each of us which is not normally in my budget. Today I recieved an email stating that my order was cancelled with no explanation. I had already told the girls and they will be very dissapointed. I tried to chat w a representative and none are available. i would like the matter resolved quickly this is terrible service and very unprofessional for a global company.

      I purchased a pair of Crocs size C10 Blazing Orange Crocband Rainbow Band Clog on August 16 2022 for my son from an Authorized Retailer ************** SAINTE in ************* ******.The Crocs have split after less than two weeks of normal use. I have contacted Crocs **************** 5 separate times over a period of 6 weeks attempting to obtain a refund for the defective product per the warranty terms and conditions posted on the Crocs website.A single response was received after the initial contact, incorrectly informing me that a refund was impossible. I replied with a copy of the Crocs Terms and Conditions that state clearly that a refund can be issued when the Crocs are purchased through an authorized retailer. I also included photos of the defect and invoice from authorized retailer.All subsequent emails to Crocs **************** have been ignored.I would like to request a refund for the purchase of these defective Crocs and have requested several times an RMA from Crocs to return the product. As mentioned above, these requests have been ignored.The refund amount should be the purchase price plus applicable sales taxes as indicated on the invoice provided to Crocs ****************.Purchase price: $29.99 GST Tax 5%: $ **** QST Tax *****% $ **** Total Refund: $ *****

      On 10/4/2022, I purchased 3 Crocs at $15, for a total of around $53, including the shipping cost. As that was the prices listed at time of checkout However, my order was cancelled without any explanation later in the evening of that day. As a personal with limited income and to find a deal like this was great. So it was disheartening for the company to cancel my order without any explanation.

      I purchased 5 pairs of crocs on October 4th for my family. Order number 36686309CUS. Money was taken out from my account and just received an email saying my order was cancelled with no explanations as to why they cancelled it. They advertised a product at a certain price and I purchased it at that price and I have proof of exactly what I paid. I buy from crocs all the time, here in the US and when we go overseas and this is unacceptable for a big business to do this. I went back to purchase the same items and they are more then double in price now. I will be very hesitant to make future purchases from this business anymore.

      Your order was cancelled, and we did not charge you.  You may still see a pending charge, but that will fall off as we did not charge you for the order.  It can take several says for that pending charge to fall off dependent on your bank.

      Order #********CUS I placed an order on 10/5 for three pairs of crocs and a charm. I checked out and received a confirmation immediately. Then overnight they cancelled my order. The items I ordered are still on the site. The crocs automatically applied a coupon code for a fantastic price. I am guessing this is why they cancelled. It is not my fault or problem if they had an IT issue. They need to honor their site pricing and own up to their mistake. I am asking the company to honor their pricing and send me my order.       I placed an order for 6 items (order #********CUS) on crocs.com on Tuesday 10/04/2022. Each item had a listed price of $15.00 on the site, for a subtotal of $90. The total with tax was $95.40. The order was cancelled later that day without explanation from the business. When trying to re-order the items, which remained in stock, the prices increased anywhere from $34.99 to $49.99. The business should honor the listed prices at the time of purchase, and deliver those items as ordered.
