  After getting promised over and over that they would be able to get penalties and interest waived. They didnt do much of anything. They didnt even help write a letter. They got me to be able to pay every cent in full in a payment plan like I could have done without them. Wish I had my $5000 back. Dont waste your money. Its all hype. Nothing you cant do on your own and they have you donut on your own. Thanks for nothing.

  I worked with *********************** at 20/20. I first used a form that did a ton of advertising like an idiot. After getting handed off to a new person and never being able to talk to anyone that was actually talking to the *** ****** and 20/20 was a breath of fresh air. It all came together pretty quickly after switching to 20/20 and ******. Cant say enough good things about them. Thank you **********

  RIP OFF!! I paid them $5000 to reduce my tax penalties and fees and they made me write my appeal, they apparently mailed and then said that is all they do. I could have done that! They did say they would see if there was a response if I paid a montly monitoring fee. I am apparently also responsible for following up with the *** on my written appeal. They provided ZERO professional advice and II fully intent to notify the appropriate regulatory agencies about their false claims of service. They do not provide any service other than dropping your letter in the mail.

  We started our business in 2015 with no clue as to how to do payroll properly, which resulted in 30K in tax debt and chaos 4 years later. ******** ********** patiently baby-stepped me through the process to rectify and got us on an affordable payment plan and saved our bacon...big time. IN ADDITION, she checked in a few years later to help us renegotiate the plan and get it wiped out completely with the *** credit the government was offering for businesses that retained employees throughout the Pandemic. I am forever grateful. Call her immediately, if you feel behind the 8 ball.
