    I have never had such a horrible horrible experience. My tire was slashed by someone and had to pay $450 out of pocket to get it replaced since it was a weekend and they are open only from Mon-friday. Monday when I called them for reimbursement, guess what this company does not cover if tire is slashed by someone. Like seriously? So am I supposed to be with my car 24*7 because hey the insurance company wont pay if someone slash your tire. ******** and waste of money would recommend people going to a local tire shop instead of this company's insurance who do not help when you actually need it.

    Nobody answers the phone. I was caller number "1" for at least an hour and was disconnected at least 30 times in that time. I finally figured out that you have to press 4 for "Sales" to basically trick them into answering the phone, and when you finally do get someone, they provide HORRIBLE service. This policy covers NOTHING, and everyone blames everyone else (the service department, the dealership that sold the policy, Tripac, etc). They have no problem taking your money, but good luck getting anything covered.

    I think Tripac is a great warranty protection company Im very satisfied with their customers service **** and **** are a great asset to the company highly recommend this vompany for any tire and mechanical breakdown coverage ????????????????

    I bought a wheel and tire package warranty from them and I put in a claim and it got denied because its a aftermarket tire but thats how I purchased the vehicle with those tires so why was the warranty offered to me if they werent going to cover it to begin with!!! Very disappointed and frustrating!!! They made me rate it if it was up to me I give them zero star!!!
