On 11/24 I brought my Pickup into Sauls for a suspension adjustment and alignment. During this time I spoke to **** directly, who then explained that the price was higher than most because over the next 3 years if I needed an alignment or adjustment they would be covered. I agreed and paid the cost. April 26th, i brought vehicle back for a re-alignment per our previous discussion. Took them 3 hours and 45 minutes to do the job they promised would take 1-2 hours. They apologized. Took the truck to the rack, and then right before it was done the owner then left, and I was presented a bill for the alignment although it was discounted due to the time. Front desk refused to reach out to the owner to verify my story and refused to have the owner contact me afterwards so I could pay after we had talked. I was left with no choice but to pay to get my truck back.Business Response

It appears there's some confusion here. We absolutely offer a lifetime warranty on all alignment services we perform. That does not include if the guest chooses to modify their vehicle by putting a different size tire, an additional suspension lift on it, and then bringing the vehicle back in and requesting an additional alignment specification to be achieved. We sincerely apologize we could not meet your expectations. We wish you very much the best of luck with your service at other facilities in the futureCustomer Answer

I am reaching out because I am unsure how to add this to my case. But the employees at Saul's Autotek have now made false allegations stating I was drinking and driving when I left the facility. I really need this to be added to the case, along with a screenshot of stated allegations.Customer Answer
Date: 05/12/2025
Honestly, the main thing I would like is a follow up email to my employer informing them that the accusations were false as the information has been added to my employment record. An acknowledgement from the business owner with assurance this will not happen again would also be welcome. I currently am worried that they will be doing this again when I find my next job, and they may not be so forgiving.
It's important to note, any apology or retraction of information would NOT be used against them, and doing so would make it so I don't have to proceed further. I just need something for my records to show the actions they stated were false. These kind of things can absolutely keep me from getting management and higher positions in the future
------------------------------
Thank you for the response. The original reason for this complaint, was during my initial visit in November, **** and I spoke about this exact scenario where I told him I would be putting blocks in the back and raising the front back up to it's initial setting. He stated while not typical, just tell them when I brought it in and it would be covered. I remember the conversation distinctly as it was right after we talked about price, and I told him that it was an expensive thing to do if I was going to be doing yet another mod later. Afterwards we looked under the truck where he said he was surprised as there were no leaks or action items to speak of which is rare for a 2015, and mentioned I must take immaculate care of my vehicles.
I informed them of the conversation and the manager was unwilling to even try to validate the story, even though the owner had just left, I'd say 10 minutes beforehand.---------------------------
Thank you *******. I have also discovered that the business has emailed my employer with said false allegations. Please also notify the owner that I have FULL screenshots of the response as they have modified the ****** response. This kind of behavior is quite unexpected from such a place of business as I only had 2 energy drinks, never used their restrooms, and it was the owner's wife herself that offered to take my belongings to the pickup truck for me.Customer Answer

The HR department said that the communication that was sent is Company correspondence now, which means the only way for me go get a copy would be subpoena them for their records which would be very costly. However they reached out speaking of points and facts only the employees/Owner and his Wife would know. Some of which were true, but also some that lined up with the original response they gave on ****** reviews.
Not to mention there would have been no way they would have reached out about an "Auto Repair facility" that had emailed them regarding me.
Im sure they could look through their sent email or deleted items to find said correspondence depending on their email retention policies.

My employer asked me to call in regards to a complaint that was filed. Which is where they informed me of the email. They stated they received it on Monday, April 28th.Business Response

I brought my vintage airstream ****** to *********************, with a promise that they could get it up and running, safe and reliable. This was never accomplished and *****, the mechanic, spent a lot of time guessing about what needed to be done. There are too many details to put in this form, but in a nutshell:I paid a significant amount of money to ******, repeatedly had to have the ** towed back because they have a mechanic who is incompetent, dishonest and grossly overcharged for parts, labor and and items that didn't even went in the vehicle. I attempted to recoup some of these funds and was met with gaslighting, more dishonesty and a lack of accountability. I have zero trust in this business and am asking for assistance in getting some of this money back so I can take the ** to a mechanic who knows what they're doing. I'll attach the letter I submitted to the ************************** along with other supporting documents.Business Response

The owner of this vehicle purchased it without ever seeing it knowing it had not run in many decades. They brought it to us and asked us to get it running And inspect the vehicle. We did exactly that. They denied electrical repairs that the entire vehicle needs.
All of The repairs performed by our facility were performed by an ASE certified Master technician, and are upheld by our warranty which is Nationwide.

I am rejecting this response due to the following issues:
Throughout my interactions with *****, there has been consistent dishonesty and guesswork. He admitted, I dont know where all these wires go to, but Ill figure it out. I did not refuse electrical work until the very end, when *******, the manager, informed me that ***** thinks the harness needed rewiring, quoting an additional $10,000. Upon consulting other professionals, I found this to be a gross overcharge. Further confirming my suspicions of being overcharged and questionable work.
After ***** fixed the alternatorwhich was causing the battery issues they were having when Id go to pick it upBrenton later admitted he misspoke about the wiring harness and acknowledged ****** history of substandard work. This confirms that the issue is not my refusal of electrical work but rather ****** incompetence. Despite paying approximately $28,000 in repairs, the ** remains unsafe to drive and will not even start.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have zero trust and faith in this company after multiple attempts/fails on their part to repair my RV. Their standard of operation is: have customer pick up vehicle, vehicle wont start, jump start vehicle, mechanic shrugs shoulders because he doesnt know why this keeps happening, send customer home hoping all is well. This happened more than once. The lack of accountability and dishonesty will not have me bringing it back. They had multiple opportunities to do the right thing.

Saul's Autotek ****************** Centennial refurbished the engine on our Jeep, It took a month and a half (after a quote of 2 weeks) to rebuild the engine (heads were bad or so they said). So we waited and waited, they said for three weeks, we'll have it ready next week and again and again. They changed the price from original quote (by $1,600) with no-contact to see if we wanted to agree to that amount. The original quote for a brand new engine was less than the actual price to pay for the rebuild. So, for weeks, we had no business vehicle. In ********, in the snow. And ONE day after we picked it up, the engine light came on today. They claimed they took it for a test drive. These people are dishonest and shady as well as incompetent. They should not even be in business. The woman at the front dest is the person who decided to **** the price up ***** more. Nice round numbers right? They even sent the engine out to be repaired. We should have taken it to that company to begin with. Now (ONE DAY LATER) the jeep is back in the shop. And a snowstorm is about to hit. WE need that 4 wheel drive NOW. We bring the jeep home after sauls auto said it had bad sparkplugs. NO ONE rebuilds an engine without replacing spark plugs. I now am questioning if they or rebuilt it at all the engine at all. I am bringing the jeep to a mechanic to test the engine and see what's really going on. Please stop these people from ripping others off. I just read their yelp reviews. I saw nothing more than 1 star. I am gathering all the paperwork and will be calling the bbb to see what we can do next.Customer Answer
Date: 01/18/2025
Hello,
There was an error on the original price of the engine that should be corrected. Complaint #********
The original quote for the engine rebuild was $9,600. Then they added $1000 to the bill without notifying us first. We found out when we went to pick up the jeep. Had we known that would be the final price, we would have opted for a new engine as was discussed. They are incompetent and dishonest. If the engine was truly rebuilt, the spark plugs should have been replaced per our ASE certified mechanic. I looked on yelp for their reviews, and we found complaint after complaint. So many 1 star reviews. I found this information after the jeep was "fixed". I'm seriously worried that the engine will fail. We are having an ASE certified mechanic look over and test the engine and any problems associated with the rebuild. They also said that they did call to tell us that the engine bill would be increased by $1,600. They didn't call either of this. They will have to provide proof of the date and time they supposedly called to inform us of the final bill with the added $1,600.
Can you please add this to the original complaint?
Thank you,

This claim is unfounded. We actually spoke with Mr. ******* at length yesterday and showed him all the details. Not sure why we are receiving this at this point. Additionally, he spoke with his technician directly.
We had actually advised Mr. ******* on replacing the spark plugs originally but they had been declined.
Yesterday when he was in our office we actually showed him exactly pulled them out, offered him inspection and offered him replacement which he declined

I am rejecting this response because: We are having the jeep engine examined with on-board diagnostics by an ACE certified mechanic. The inspecting mechanic will be looking for a tag with an ID number identifying the rebuild. The engine will not be opened at that time. If the engine was rebuilt by a professional auto shop, that tag will be attached. We will be in commuication after that time.

Hello,
I would like all messages to be sent to Sauls auto. He stated will not work on the car anymore even under 3 year warranty. If it needs warranty, he will pay for someone else to fix it. The air suspension system no longer works when the jeep starts.
I've never made a complaint to bbb for anything. But this company warrants it. I want to close it for now. But all messages need to be sent to him, please. I want this on record please. I'll move forward with current issues.

My husband and I own a small trucking and logistics company called Go Delivery. We are a local family-owned business based out of ********* with only two employees. Recently, we took our truck to Saul's Autotek in Centennial for brake repairs. We were quoted and agreed to $3500 in repairs. Yesterday, my husband went to pick up the truck and they told us the bill was $9500! ****** owner and manager have taken the truck off site and are threatening to sell the truck if we don't pay them the $9500. We have proof that we only agreed to the $3500.When you look at the bill and the notes that the receptionist accidentally provided us yesterday, it's riddled with blatant overcalculations. For example, they broke the hubs on our truck and then want to charge us to replace them. They charged us for TWO oil changes on this one truck. And the list goes on and on. The business brought the price down by $2000 based on the items that they OPENLY overcharged. We feel we're being scammed and taken advantage of by this business and really need help from the BBB.Business Response
Date: 01/16/2025
We notified of the hubs and the calipers, both of which we got approval for and both of which you were able to view the notes and details on and you did. We get a notification when you do.
The reason for two oil changes is actually notated in the diesel exhaust notes and the the engine restoration fluid additive hardware kit. Quite specifically it gets used and then flushed out and then fresh oil installed.
If you have any other questions please reach out
Customer Answer
Date: 02/19/2025
Saul's AutoTek is lying when they say I approved additional expenses. We approved the caliphers and the brakes, not the hubs. And we were quoted and signed a document for approximately $3500. We NEVER agreed to $9500. I would like to see what evidence ****** has that we approved an amount greater than that, because we did not. There was no phone approval, no email approval, nothing.
Additionally, and I forgot to mention this in the initial complaint, **** threated to store our van and charge us $250/day. And if we didn't pay the storage fees, he threatened to sell our van. We took a picture of a sign in his business that says storage fees are $40 per day.
We sincerely appreciate the Better Business Bureau's efforts to hold bad businesses accountable for tricking consumers. Thank you for your help with our complaint.

The guest viewed their communications and repair order through the timeline through our online application. We were in touch with many phone calls to keep them informed. Their complaint only arose at the finish line which seems very confusing. When additional damages were found, we provided them documentation of those damages, an estimated cost and timeline, and verified repairs after work was completed. Additionally, only DOT violating items were serviced. All items that were not necessary were not services performed but were advised upon.
Our prime real estate is not free and we do respectfully charge the market rate for storage on the property. Additionally, in order to circumvent substantial storage charges, after 5 days vehicles are moved. Off-site to a facility per *** regulations this helps ensure all costs are mitigated while the guests vehicles are preserved.

Complaint: 22820825
I am rejecting this response because:The business owner's response doesn't make any sense. He wrote, "The guest viewed their communications and repair order through the timeline through our online application." I've never used an app to communicate with Saul's Autotek. Please provide electronic proof that this happened, because I never viewed communications or a repair order through an "online application."
Again, I never approved additional costs beyond the original $3500. I never spoke with anyone over the phone and approved the price of the repairs. I never "viewed communications" through an online app and approved the price of the repairs. I never received a text message and approved the price of the repairs. I would like the owner to furnish documentation of my approval because it doesn't exist.
How can this guy get away with charging me an extra $6000 that I didn't consent to?

The repairs were approved by the guest and they were well aware throughout the process. They were kept informed of each and every update and only issued their frustration at the time of pickup, not through each of them multiple phone calls leading up to such. Additionally, their vehicle was not in dot Compliance and is a commercial motor vehicle. That falls outside of the better Business bureau category. However, in good faith after all repairs were completed, we went ahead and submitted their passing dot. I am rejecting this response because:
I called the shop and requested to show me and confirm the new parts I purchased and installed on my vehicle.
Reason why Im claiming them is because they put different parts, not the one I purchased.
Both parts are different and color.
They clearly put old random parts on my vehicle which I can prove it.
I believe they stole the parts I purchased and put random parts.
I visibly can see that.
I have receipt also.
Normally, after they finish their job.
They are supposed to show the customer the new parts they installed, but they never did and refusing to do that.
I used Acima to loan money to purchase this parts this time.
It has nothing to do with this shop.
Its my responsibility to pay off this loan and I will.
I am not owning any money for them.
Again, I really believe that this shop stole my parts I purchased, and put the different old parts.
All Im asking them is to confirm the parts I purchased at the shop.
Because I believe they stole my parts.
Sincerely,

We originally had offered to the guest that we would be happy to show them the vehicle up in the air at their convenience so that they may inspect the components themselves.
However, after the guest on a recorded phone call stipulated to us that they would only talk to the white person that helped them and not to the black person that helped them. We politely exercised our legal right to refuse service moving forward.
We have a nationwide warranty and should they desire to have their vehicle inspected for confirmation, they can take it anywhere in *****************. Just not here.

We brought our 2007 Mercedes R350 for front end repair due to clicking sounds when turning. We went out of town the day we dropped off the car so all correspondence was being done via email, phone, or text messaging through their shop software where they keep all of their repair notes and communication notes with us while the car is there. We approved $3k for front axle and tie rod ends repair. When the car was done, we asked them to deliver it to our familiess small European grocery store in ******** because we were still out of town. They agreed and then called to give us a confirmation. When we got back we tested the car. my dashboard was now a Christmas tree of lights! the **** TPM, the !, And the low tire warning lights were all on. Plus my cruise control was now inoperable. We had to go out of town for work (and havent been back bc of work) so we took off again after dropping off the Mercedes with Sauls and continued business as usual, they quote $10,000 in repairs and they didnt address the cruise control. We brought up the issue again and they said $250 Diag fee. The *** monitor could be broken or unplugged and not properly plugged back in after a Front end Repair (like the one we had) causing other alarms in the system to go off like bypassing cruise control as a safety measure. We asked them to check, but they told us no. Instead they suggested for us to approve the minimal repair which was a $500 EVap system solenoid. if we paid for this unrelated repair, then our new issue would also be resolved. In fact, they guaranteed it. I said Take to the store and they said they would. They never confirmed drop off We call they told us it was done. were still on the road out of town, and find out that **** had our car towed and now we owe $1600+ or forfeit the car. **** personally lied to us and said the property management group had it towed. We have call logs from when we contacted Sauls autotek on Nov 27 to confirm delivery of vehicle to the location we requested, *****************************************. They told us on that day that our vehicle WAS delivered. But according to the tow order, Sauls had the vehicle towed on Nov. 22. So why were we not informed on the 27th that our car was towed? Why did they lie to us numerous times and said our car was delivered? Why are they lying now saying they reached out to us when they didnt? Why did **** lie to us personally and told us it was the property manager that towed it when really it was him? We never asked them to hold our car for evidence for any case against another repair shop. That is misinformation or a straight lie. Our car was never towed at any time by us to or from Sauls garage. The only time it was towed was when **** had it towed. I sure hope the keys are still with the vehicle...
The $1600 tow bill grows every day and we are not to blame. We would like our car back from the tow yard without any expense to us, please. We would like for them to fix the issues that were not present when we initially dropped our car off to them. We paid $3000 for a repair that ultimately crippled every safety standard our cars computer system checks before allowing us to drive. My car is basically in limp mode now and it was not like that before we took it to their shop.

I am rejecting this response because: Untrue. You can review the shop logs I submitted and see the timestamps for every logged interaction. We never towed it back the second time, we drove it. We paid $3000 for a front end repair, if we had to tow it than **** definitely didn't do his job! Somewhere the line of communication began foreign. We got the car back in worse condition than it was in when we initially dropped it off. The lights lit up on our dash were not there prior to them touching the car and my cruise control worked. **** wanted me to pay at minimum $500 for an eval solenoid but guaranteed me my cruise control would work after that UNRELATED repair. I don't know what they seem to not understand about this.We brought the car in with only a check engine light, a cv axle repair and the cruise control working. When we got it back there were (5) FIVE lights on the dash, a fixed cv axle and the cruise control DID NOT work. How are the new problems the consumer's fault? How can you tell me to pay for unrelated issue to fix a an issue that didn't exist until after ****** shop touched it?
Maybe it was the tech we were assigned. **** was his name and he insisted that we keep the car there in case we changed our mind about the eval repair. Which ewe told him no and asked him to please deliver the car back to the same store they delivered before. We even called a few days later to make sure it happened and WAS TOLD by ****** staff that our car was delivered as asked. We didn't abandon the car. Someone on their end dropped the ball.
**** lied to us and said he tried to reach us but we never received a call in the 30 days that our ******** sat at the tow yard unbeknownst to us. And as diligently as they keep their shop records I believe we would have seen attempts to reach us in the notes.
**** lied to us and said it was the property management group where the shop is located that towed the car, but the tow record shows it was **** that towed it. The records on the last shop work order shows a drop in service on 10/28 there are no notes of us requesting the delivery or the confirmation of delivery or any attempts to reach us after 10/28 before having the car towed.

We been calling Sauls and leaving messages for **** to call us back to discuss a resolution outside of these formal complaints through BBB and he has not called us back. It seems he is dodging us and the issue all together. It also seems his response here is in line with that.
He had our car towed without authorization and without prior notice to us. Then lied about it being towed when we called to check on our vehicle. Maybe all in attempt to not have to honor a warranty on an over priced repair that left our car in limp mode. If you check the reviews online about his shop he apparently does this all the time. I unfortunately wasnt aware of this because i never needed to check reviews as this is the 3rd car Ive brought to this shop and everything went fine with the first two cars.
Meanwhile my car still sits at the tow yard waiting for **** to rectify his mistake. I have missed scheduled job interviews and important opportunities of employment. This situation is now causing an undue financial hardship and emotional distress

We even expressed concerns of doing so because we were already made aware of the limited amount of parking and the high volume of vehicles that they deal with. **** assured us this was not to be of concern.
We didnt bring the vehicle back for additional repairs. We brought the vehicle back because of the issues that seemed to have occurred during the last repair. In essence, we were bringing the vehicle under the repair warranty of that repair. I dont understand how this keeps getting miscommunicated or lost in transit.
Prior to bringing in the car for repair the *** warning light and the *** warning light WERE NOT on AND the cruise control FUNCTIONED properly. After that repair the *** and the *** warning lights were on and there was (and still is) a message on the dash reading, cruise control not operable. One is to assume that these lights and warning messages are indicative to the last repair. We also did some research that concluded these issues were in line with such a front end repair. Hence the reason why we asked for them to check to make sure a sensor wasnt accidentally left unplugged or damaged. Which apparently is something they are known for.
Therefore, this is a warranty issue not an additional repair issue. And even still they wanted us to pay for a $250 diagnostic, which didnt seem fair considering this was a warranty call, but we were willing to pay anyway to address the new issues.
I have attached the images of the current state of the vehicle since being towed along with the tow bill. For any of this to be grossly inaccurate is ridiculous. I had nothing but the utmost respect for Sauls Autotek up until this point. I have brought all my cars to **** since moving to ********. This is the third vehicle weve brought to them and for this situation to be handled This way is unprofessional and unnecessary on both our parts. I will gladly change my ****** review and delete any comments that negatively reflect on the business if **** would honor the repair warranty and took a look at the new issues that arose after their repair. Thats all my request was in the first place, for them to take a look at the new issues that arose from their last repair. But to be told I had to pay for a diagnostic fee and then to be told I had to buy another repair in order for the warranty to be honored is just unethical and grossly ridiculous.
These statements may have been solely the technician trying to upsell for the company. I certainly cant fathom that **** himself would have suggested it knowing the issues came after his technicians touched the vehicle.
I dont believe what Im asking is out of the scope of reason either. They did a repair, new issues were immediately present that were not present prior to the repair. Plain and simple. Its not like we drove the vehicle for a while and then the issues happened. Regardless, this is a warranty on the repair not a new repair. So whats the problem in honoring the warranty?

**** L. *******

The company failed to follow through on the resolution. I did bring the car back on the national warranty that they claim to support for the repair that they performed and they chose to not honor that warranty and went further to try and upsell me an expensive repair I didnt need. When I refused to buy they had my vehicle towed and now its damaged.
I did not abandon my vehicle.

This vehicle was abandoned on our property and we had to call to have it physically removed after extensive time. Additionally, the guest has not reached out for warranty coverage and has ****** options for warranty coverage to go to as we of course politely decline any further services with the guest after the way they have treated our staff.
Their warranty is in tact and they can go to any tech net supporting shop.

I am rejecting this response because:
Thats what this news is all about. We brought it back in on the warranty and they refused to work on it unless we bought another repair. They never contacted us to get the car and instead had our vehicle towed r resulting in body damage and damage to their over priced $3000 front end repair.

We had our tranmission worked on at this shop and has not worked correctly since day one. I have been down for a total of 4 months between all the work they keep having to do with the truck and not fixing correctly. I had to tow my truck out of their shop this last time because my breaks were not working correctly to another shop. They charged me $1,500 on my last visit for what I was told is warranty work and I never approved of. I have not been happy with their work since day one and have been stuck with them since then on the transmission. They have installed three transmission in 1 year because something they are doing isn't correct and now telling me my warranty is void and I'm worried once I get my truck back from the other shop that I am going to have to pay for a whole new transmission in a month or two because the work they do at Sauls auto is horrible. Please look into and see what you can help me with because the owner does now contact me to help resolve. Has everyone who cannot help me talk to me and only got one reply through email where he was short and rude to me. I would like a full refund of all my money so I can pay another shop to do the job correctly.I have pictures and videos as well that I could not uploadBusiness Response

The name attached on this invoice is not attached to any vehicle we have serviced. We did some research and were able to locate a commercial motor vehicle that has been in service.
After original services were performed on this vehicle, the commercial trucking company that owns it violated federal law and removed emissions components and throttle limiting components in addition to modifying the tuning on the vehicle to go over 100 mi an hour.
The guest was notified at this point that the warranty was void. In good faith. We performed a $15,000 transmission repair again completely free of charge.
We advised the guests that the vehicle needed to be returned to stock condition and that there would be no warranty.
The guest returned a third time with their commercial motor vehicle and stipulated that they had an aftermarket warranty that they wanted to pay for these services. When we reached out to the aftermarket warranty company they stated that the vehicle vehicle and that they were lied to by the owner at purchase and they denied the claim.
We supported the guest and installed another warranty unit and advised them that there would be no further services performed until they corrected the issues they had modified on their vehicle illegally.
At this point we exercised our right to refuse service
We have already provided warranty obligated work twice when out of warranty. We will not service any further.

I am rejecting this response because: attached is the work done the second time and no where in there does it say that I tampered with anything and that our Warranty is no longer valid. The money you guys charged me this last time was for parts that were broken while you guys removed the cab of the truck to do tranmission work and did not disconnect those parts and charge me to replace them
In the email response you sent me it was because you said the canbus system was ******** with. I had the second ******** take a look at that and the issues you stated in this email and he said none of that was tampered or messed with and we are governed at 82 miles an hour and cannot go over that. He was able to get the truck and tranmission to communicate. All he had to do was replace the relay that was out.

The guests brought their vehicle to us and authorized approximately 50% of the repairs necessary for their vehicle, We spoke with the guest and properly advised on which items would be the largest concerns in order to best utilize their investment. Those repairs were completed and they were satisfied with their repairs.
Later in time, The guest returned with their vehicle and had different concerns and we provided a free estimate by an *** certified Master technician and they decline services. At that time citing financial capacity as the reason.
In Good faith, we offered the guest a substantial (20%) discount on the repairs. The guest maintained their decline of services.
Moving Forward our offer is still on the table.

I am rejecting this response because:I approved all work with the exception of replacement of tires after they preformed the FULL inspection as I was told. Please see the attached photo to prove it. After picking up my vehicle from them preforming all approved repairs, I was NOT satisfied with work preformed by the time I reached my residence after picking up my vehicle from ****** all dash warning lights were back on and my vehicle started acting in the same manner as when I took it in to be fixed. I immediately had called the office to let them know that the issue had not been fixed and returned my truck to them in order to have it re-inspected. Per the office staff I could return my vehicle to have this done at no charge. **** via saved voicemail on my phone has stated to me that all phone calls are recorded so this should be no problem to replay. At the 2nd inspection I did not say "Due to financial capacity" I wouldn't have additional $2K they now said I needed in additional repairs done what I did say is "how is this now a problem?" I approved ALL work per the original work order that you said would fix all the issues I am having and those repairs would get my truck up and running with no problems. The $2K in additional work had to now **** with a valve cover gasket. (additional Engine work) I was quite upset at this time and also inquired about the traction control issue? The *** had no Idea about the issue with that (this has been a main concern from the beginning) In the end at the 2nd inspection due to their incompetence I lost all trust in any repair work so I picked up my vehicle. if I might add at the 2nd inspection they didn't even preform all steps. I also have documentation of this.

I am rejecting this response because:I have NOT threatened legal action. I have contacted miscellaneous organizations in order to find assistance in regards to this unfortunate situation. Nor has **** or anyone within his organization called me and or emailed me in order to find a resolution that is a totally false statement on their behalf. I have not been informed of any kind of way to fill out any warranty information and or any kind of support in regards to warranty information from **** or his organization. Yes I am driving my vehicle due to it is the only vehicle I have in order to take my son to and from school and myself to/from work. Question if my parts are returned **** **** be reinstalling my old parts? How is this even an option or a request? Obviously if I had the money to have work done other places by now I would have had it done. I'm still paying on this mechanical work that is not done correctly. Same issues happening with my vehicle. Just because **** has a customer with a complaint doesn't mean it's okay to make false accusations toward his customers. As you can see on his reviews page I am not the only customer whom has a complaint. MANY others have given him poor reviews I just wish I would've read reviews before hand. I had trust in **** and his brand I guess I was naive. Service as explained was not given. Total lack of interest in even talking to his customer like a real business man and adult. As per the repair order; the biggest factor that contributes to the traction of a vehicle, is the tires on the road. My *** certified technician did a full inspection of the vehicle. Along with the other recommendations that did get approved, the technician recommended tires as not only a safety concern, but also a partial fix for the issue. This could be the cause for the overall dissatisfaction as well as the continued issue. While the nature of auto repair isn't always satisfying, we do our best to provide the highest quality experience. In the spirit of that we would love to offer the guest a complimentary detailing at their next service!

I took the car to have a cracked gas tank fixed at sauls autotek (4/6/24)never had any previous problems but when we received the car back(4/15/24) the windshield wipers started to randomly die out, every light on the dash would light up and then when we turned the car off to check what it was it took about 15 minutes until we were able to turn the car back on that happened multiple times and then later in the week the car died out and there was no power even with a jump only some of the accessories would turn on like the light on the radio, and lights on the dash but nothing else the car had no reaction to a jump just kindve an electric buzzing noise when we would try to turn the key in the ignition I left it over night got the car to start the next day and took it back in (4/21) because it had little power even when the gas pedal was pushed all the way down, gears werent shifting automatically and the windshield wipers and dash lights were still doing the same thing, also some white smoke came from the heater vents and was quoted an additional $3000 6 days after I had just spent over $3000 to have the tank fixed . I finally got ahold of the owner after many attempts and the only resolution I was given was $200 refund, nobody talked to me about the warranty on their work to see if the issues were covered by their warranty or anything,I paid over 16x the $200 offered (Grand total:3,446.55) so I am not willing to take it also was advised to buy a more reliable Japanese vehicle and he would be happy to look at it which in my opinion was unprofessional and invalidated my concerns as a consumer I was also told that my vehicle was non-operable and damaged by theft which it was not, my vehicle had no other problems before this. I drove the vehicle to the shop . After I got the car back it pulled up multiple codes at oreillys and advanced auto parts, both told me they believe the codes have to do with the work I just had done.Business Response

Dear Sir or madame:
I have looked over this complaint and all that it entails. On April 15th, This customer had a fuel Tank replacement. They came back 6 days later on April 21 And stated that the vehicle was struggling to start. and that the dash lights were going haywire. We recommended that the vehicle needed an instrument cluster and a battery. These are two separate repairs, that dont include the fuel tank. A quote was written up and given to the customer. They didnt want to do more work and they pick up the vehicle. *** attached both PDF's of the notes and the receipt
My techs Notes
Couldnt duplicate no start or smoke out of vents, need more info or it to duplicate. Dash lights are on due to brake light
switch sticking, need to replace brake light switch. Also has bad steering angle sensor that needs replaced and need program
program/initialization. The fuel gauge is all over the place, traced to bad instrument cluster, will need rebuilt or replaced and if
replacing it will need to be programmed.Battery fails load test at 125CCA, it is possible that the battery along with the instrument cluster are causing problems, I
however have not been able to duplicate no start, smoke out dash or transmission shift issuesCustomer Answer
