      Just wanted to share my experience with Saul's Autotek at ***************************************** I brought my ****** Highlander Hybrid there on Saturday, because I was getting a strange message about the hybrid system (I now know it was weather related). They kept it for 5 hours, then told me the battery might be failing and charged me a $300 diagnosis fee. Today I had the battery checked at ********** ******, and it is 100% healthy. I took the battery test printout to ****** and asked for a partial refund, since the information they gave me was not correct, and it is an absurd charge to begin with- most dealerships charge $150 to diagnose issues. They refused, and said there is nothing they can do. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company. I would not recommend this business! They are not ethical, and rip people off daily.

      I don't understand all of the hating on this place - maybe only angry people post reviews here. I had a fabulous experience with my 2003 ***** Miata. A neighbor recommended AutoTek, and I am so glad I went there. The car had been in storage for 4 years. The technicians gave it a thorough inspection, and identified all of the areas that needed work and the reasons, along with pictures. They also documented checks that did not indicate a need for work. There were photos and good explanations with the price quotes, and all charges were exactly as quoted. The car drives like a dream, it's great to have it on the road again. Kudos to Sauls for good communication, helpful staff, and great work.

      Horrible place. Lying, con artists who charge double and triple anyone else. $350 for a front end alignment. Find something new wrong after they tear your car apart and then want to charge double to put it back together. Had my car towed away from them just to some peace of mind after listening to their BS

      This shop is trying to profit off of an insurance company, which is completely ILLEGAL. They have continued to refuse to provide part invoices from the place in which they got the part from. They have stated supplement has been sent when it was a basic copy of their final invoices. They were communicating up until the point that specific part invoices were requested. I wasted hours of my own time negotiating their labor rates and communicating with my appraiser as well as my adjuster. When my insurance company sent a tow truck to get my car they released the incorrect vehicle. They refused to transfer me to the owner after requesting this information! They stated all calls have been recorded and stated they were calling the police stating harassment when all I needed was the information provided and sent to my insurance to prove this was the actual cost for the parts that were bought. It makes no sense that a manifest or receiver is not on file for the parts that have been paid for or received. I have dealt with supplements in my profession and understand how they work. This is documentation that should be on hand and easily turned over. Me having to continue to call for this documentation and push because they will not provide it, given that they want to charge the insurance companies for clerical time is absolutely unacceptable! Do not take your vehicle to this place! They are refusing to honor the insurance estimate that has been written honoring my ***** parts. My insurance has already paid $3,618.06 in storage fees and has issued them another check in the amount of $4,157.52. That is over $7,775!! They would rather refuse to submit documentation and drag out the claim to collect additional storage fees than take care of their customers and provide the documents to insurance (or the 3rd party appraisal company). This is the most unethical situation I have EVER encountered using an auto shop! They stated all calls were recorded and were transferring

      they charge me $80 for looking at something in my car I know I was taking the car there for to start with, they charge me an unjustified amount. I wasnt aware they charging anything before I ask for the service, it was shocking, they offer to call the police of I didnt pay, customer service is poor, they seems to pick on people with poor knowledge of businesses processes hispanics like me.
