    I have been extremely patient and have tried to be understanding even after the dangerous situation I found myself in after Midas installed my brakes. After I purchased my brakes I decided to take my car to get them installed by a well known establishment to ensure the quality of service and peace of mind knowing that my brakes were going to be fixed and I would be safe driving my car. I took my car May 16th, because I had a trip coming up to go to ********* in June so I needed my car set and ready to go. I left to ********* from ******** on June 3rd, on June 4th I noticed something fell out and heard something out of the ordinary in my left rear tire and also heard something grinding my rim. I took my car to the nearest Midas near me on *********************************** in ********* where they had to check out my brakes again, turns out that there wasn't a bolt holding my brake caliper and it was just grinding the inside of my rim. They also told me that Midas didn't flush out my brakes which they had to do also. Midas in ********* told me they would call and send pictures, videos, and information of the damage that was caused by their negligence. I also tried calling this Midas here in ***** multiple times and was told by Midas in ********* that they would look into it on getting a reimbursement because I should be entitled to it as this was their error and that I was lucky nothing happened on the road. The Midas in ***** argued that because I bought my own brakes that there was no warranty, however I am not asking them to cover my brakes or reinstall them. I am asking for them to pay for the damage to my rim and reimburse me for the labor that I paid them to install my brakes securely. It's been almost 2 months and they haven't even tried to reach out to give me a status. I feel my brakes are still not 100% but I will try a different car shop this time, so far I am $800 in on getting my brakes fixed and now I have to worry about my unbalanced tire and damaged rim.
