  Blusky was constantly working on the house giving updates on progress and obstacles that they encountered. They provided solutions to these issues in a fast manner so they could continue there work. Very pleased with service.

  This is the second time I have used BluSky, and there is a reason for that - compassion, excellence, and professionalism. I was not treated like 'just another project'. I was treated with genuine concern for my well-being and the damage to my home resulting from a major leak. Their quick remediation efforts halted further damage, saving thousands of dollars, and their restoration efforts were highlighted by respect for my schedule, a diligent work ethic, quality materials, attention to detail, and overall excellence on all fronts. Just outstanding! I would not hesitate to use BluSky again.

  They made things so much harder than they had to be. I asked if it was possible to use white paint instead of the brown on the wall; I was told that it would take longer to do the job but it's very possible. I offered several times to buy the paint beforehand and have it ready if that would make the painters' job easier and I was told several times that they will make this work for me. The painter would always call me repeatedly if I missed his call and he tried to schedule the work to be done without consulting me first. When the painter showed up to do the work, he threw a small fit about me asking him to use the white paint. He told me it would be the worst job in his 20+ years of painting, that would look awful to have one white wall and overall just be a terrible horrible job and I "might as well just spray paint the entire house." However, the work he did with the current paint color is really bad. The color is streaky, there are cracks in the wall, random drywall patches that never got cleaned, and a small hole in the area he was supposed to repair, and he left dust and streaks ALL over the entire room. When I tried to complain, I was told that this was probably a language barrier issue, although we never had issues communicating and it is not my responsibility to ensure their employees communicate with customers. I genuinely believe the painter was being lazy by throwing a fit about being asked to do more than the minimum work. I did eventually speak with someone at Blusky who offered to have someone properly do the terrible work that was done, but it would not be the color I asked for, that they initially promised was doable. They did say that I'm welcome to hire them to redo the work and with the color I initially asked for, which I think is hilarious and inappropriate. I almost wonder if they did a poor job on purpose to trick me into hiring them again but the lack of accountability and the poor paint job left me with zero confidence in this business.

  Our restoration work on our floors was completed by Blusky in an exceptional and timely manner. My wife and I could not have been happier with the result. Our project manager, Mr. **** ********, was extremely thorough and professional in taking care of his responsibilities. I appreciate his attention to detail on a job extremely well done.

  My insurance recommended blue sky four months ago cause of h*** damage three people came out and steal. Nothing I had to finally cancel them to come out and find somebody else because they ****. They dont call you back. Theyre just theyre just a piece of c***

  ***** CLEAR! I read the reviews and am astounded by how many people experienced the same treatment. Worst company I have done business with in the *********** in over 25 years. Mismanaged, high turnover, bordering on dishonest. The goes all the way to senior management. Over 18 months of aggravation. If I had the energy, I would contact a lawyer - instead I hope this review helps other people STAY AWAY. Unquestionably a predator company taking advantage of people.

  Blusky Restoration out of *************** was the worst company we have ever done business with. If we could give it negative stars we would. They definitely overpromised and under delivered on every level. We had a major house fire in January 2024 and hired them to get us back in and contents cleaned and restored. They first told us we would be back in by May 2024 then July was the next promise date unfortunately they didn't even have all the demolition done by the time we fired them. Their communication was pitiful and their price gouging was astronomical. At a time when you are most vulnerable they take advantage and make your life even worse than it already is. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Blusky in ********** ****!

  DO NOT USE BlySky Restoration in ********* **! If I could give them a negative star I would. We had a house fire 2 YEARS ago. They said they would complete the job in 6 months. They are still not completed with the job. We have been through numerous project and general managers because they are so incompetent. Our kids were without a home for years because of their lack of ability to do a job. We have refused to pay the last 20% of the job because they did work that was so poor or because they are charging us for work they did not do so THEY PUT A LIEN ON OUR HOME! Their communication is horrible as well. RUN AWAY!
