  Made a purchase and signed an agreement on 04/20/2021. Was given a down payment quote and a purchase price, agreement was signed and down payment sent. Over the last few years, I have been given excuses as to why I have not received the building... fast forward to 08/09/2021, an email was sent to the company asking when I would receive the blue prints so that I could hire the concrete workers to get that ready for the building, I did not receive the blueprints and instructions until between March-April 2022, FINALLY received the blue prints, signed the document to have the building delivered with instructions for the delivery to the property. On 05/12/2022, I get an email from the company saying that they can't deliver the building unless I pay an additional $26000 on top of the already agreed price from 04/20/2021., (they stated that due to increase in steel and wood prices increasing, this is the reason the building has not been delivered as they are wanting more money). I was given the option of either paying the extra $26000 and then they would deliver it or... cancel the contract with no legal issues but would lose the $7650 deposit or place the order on hold until the economy became normal again and they can then put the building into production. This is a building that should have already been ready to deliver. As of 9/11/2022, I still do not have the building. This was a building ordered 1 year 5 months ago. What I was given was an email stating "I have attached your Verification of Purchase, and a link to the Terms and Conditions of your contract that you agreed to,"... I never thought that I would be here over a years later with no building. I am not in a position to pay the extra, lose the deposit so the only option is to wait again, but for how long now. I just want the building I ordered as per the price of the original agreement from 04/20/2021

  ********** Was fantastic! His knowledge on steel buildings was far beyond any other rep I talked with. The only thing better that his knowledge on his product was how prompt he was. We are going to order our 100x200x18 From Armstrong. **************** and quality are hard to find and I got both with **********!!!!!

  *********************** has educated me so I can utilize his professional, technical language regarding what lending institutions -- -- and others, like a ************* of a local government -- -- look for, in their choosing to APPROVE a home or other building being built on a property -- ( -- and/ or to approve a loan to help finance the process.) He put me completely at ease from the first minute we began communicating over the phone; he's been a great pleasure to work with in completing each step of the process. I've told everyone I know about him, to let them know he's a great person at Armstrong Steel to work with if or when they want to purchase a building from Armstrong. For example, I learned from ***** about International Building Codes ("IBC standards") being EXCEEDED -- --even BETTER than IBC standards -- -- by Armstrong. I learned about language technical terms to utilize in how to pitch my proposal to organizations in order to get the jobs done and goals achieved. It has been a JOY to work with him through the slightly arduous process. He also works to help save you money.

  I live in Northern ********** aka "fire country". ***************************** was very patient, and helpful and professional; gave me ideas and assured me Armstrong Steel Buildings are coming to our area. I will consider my next building an Armstrong Steel Bldg.***************************
