My husband and I bought a used van at Auto Nation on 12/30/2022. The sales person explained to us that the van went through a complete ***************************************************************************** May I went to go get an oil change because I saw drips of oil on my driveway where the van gets parked. The company I took it to for oil change would not touch it, because they saw a rag stuffed up by the oil can under van to stop a leak. They knew I just bought it end of December. They even showed me and took a picture of it for me on my phone. I reached out to Auto Zone and talked to ***** the sales manager over the phone explaining what I found out. They dismissed it all and said they would not be able to look at the van or work on it. Even though I bought it from them and they have a mechanic department that works on vehicles. I insisted on them at least looking at it. I talked to ******, manger of the mechanic shop **** and he was really nice and said he would look at it. I brought it in and he lifted the van up and looked at it. He agreed something seemed weird about it. He had ***** a manager look at it and ***** came out to talk to me. We had a 9 min conversation about the van and oil leak. ***** kept denying that they had any knowledge of the oil leak. He kept putting it on me and talking down to me like I was dumb and have no knowledge of how buying a used vehicle works. I was not trying to get them to pay the oil leak but wanted to know why they did not tell me about it so I was aware before buying it that I would need to fix the leak if I chose to buy the van. This was my argument, I was never given that information or opportunity to be aware of the leak. ***** would not even look at the problem further to see what needed to be done or even asked me if I would like them to fix the leak through them. I then called the Colorado ************************ and reported the situation. We will never buy from Auto Zone or refer anyone

I recently purchased a used car from AutoNation Dodge RAM Arapahoe. The vehicle has less than 5000 miles on it. Because the car had so few miles and I live in a different state, the dealership promised to address any issues arising in the 60 days following the purchase.Upon returning home I felt a vibration in the steering wheel. I had the car completely inspected by the local dealership and they told me that the brake pads were glazed and the front brake rotors were warped. I notified the sales rep we bought the car from and he said they would take care of it. Now that the work has been completed by **************** AutoNation Dodge RAM Arapahoe refuses to reimburse us the $1600 it took to repair the brakes and make the vehicle safe to drive. We also found a major ***** in one of the sidewalls of the front tire. I notified the dealer and they told me I should just glue it back in place. This is dangerous advice as damage to the sidewall can cause a blowout so no tire company would ever repair a tire in this condition.I feel I was sold a vehicle that was not in the condition represented and now that we own the vehicle AutoNation Dodge RAM Arapahoe will take no responsibility. These are both safety issues and it is unconscionable that the dealer would sell the car in this condition and take no responsibility for it.
