    This 2021 ram promaster was purchased from this dealership and picked up 9/25/24. The dealership on multiple occasions tried to upsell me on an extended warranty. I asked multiple times why would I need it. It already has a factory warranty. I asked does it run with current one or start after? They said same time. I said no. Paying for nothing. They also ran my credit after I specifically asked them if they would be because I bought threw *************** and they told me no. No reason for them to. They did. Dropped my score from *******. After the van showed up via a hauling company it blew a tire immediately because they put s***** tires on it. It also had low coolant fluid and transmission fluid and the engine light was on. The codes that the van had go off were for transmission issues and had been on prior to them listing the vehicle and they had said the vehicle was checked and gone through an inspection. Not only did they not report the code errors they hid it from me. It was under warranty. They could have fixed it and done. They also didnt show the damage to floor and other issues on n the website. They sold it also claiming 2 keys and did not. They are the most shady dealership Ive ever dealt with. I just got my vehicle last week from waiting sing last year to get the transmission fixed. They had to fix it 2x before I picked it up last week and they broke down again today. Transmission issues and cooling issues.

    After *********** Dodge failed to properly service my vehicle and replace the differential, I was told to go to another Dodge dealership. I was then contacted off the record via Instagram DMs by someone claiming to be a master tech at Arapahoe Dodge but I believe it was the same technician from ********************* Arapahoe, there is little to no service documentation, my differential was never replaced despite claims it was, and I later found overspray on the bumper, suggesting deceptive or incomplete repair work. My differential has since failed for a third time this year, suggesting its never been replaced at all. These dealerships appear to be working together to run out my warranty while performing fraudulent service and no location has been able to verify the original transmission issue despite multiple visits.

    After fighting with warranty over denial of claim. I opted to cancel and get a refund. Its been over eight weeks and can not get through the automated line and **** number listed is no good. Tried to email and still no return call.. Id like my refund already. I dont know how much the refund is because they will not tell me. But that is how much Ive paid

    **Complaint Statement.**I am disputing an invalid account reported by ********************** on my credit report. This account is inaccurate, unverified, and violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Since it does not meet the legal standards for reporting, I request its immediate removal. If the furnisher cannot provide proper validation, it must be deleted per federal law.

    ************** is playing a little insurance fraud in my opinion. Limped my truck in to have it worked on and then coordinate with the insurance company. ********** said they only do OEM parts and truck will not be warranty if its aftermarket parts. I believe thats against the state law. Dealership were $3000 off from the insurance estimate and unwilling to move. In order to get my truck back I have to pay them $300. ************** knows they have people with broken down cars and they trap them in there and told me I was going to have to pay the extra over the insurance.And they charged a disposal fee of $41 and they did not work on it.

    I recently purchased a used truck a Dodge Ram Truck Vin# ***************** from *********** about 20 days ago, The buying experience was smooth and pleasant, but the vehicle has proven to be both unsafe and unreliable.We paid a deposit of $2000 and took out a loan from our credit union for $27,000.Upon purchase, I was assured that the truck had undergone a thorough 120-point inspection and was safe to drive. The day after we purchased it we found that the muffler and tail pipe were not connected. Then, just three days after bringing it home, the truck experienced a severe "death wobble" in the front axle, nearly causing it to crash. I immediately took it to a mechanic, where I paid close to $2,000 to replace the parts they identified as faulty. Unfortunately, while on a recent trip out of state, the death wobble returned, and this time I lost control of the vehicle on the highway, hitting a guard rail. This situation could have resulted in far worse consequences, and I am deeply concerned that this truck was ever cleared for sale in its current condition.They are willing to offer the trade-in value minus $2000 for the truck, but given the safety risks and the expenses Ive already incurred, that solution is not sufficient. I firmly believe this vehicle should never have left the dealership in this condition, and I am requesting that they take back the truck and provide a full refund of the purchase price.

    I recently purchased a used car from AutoNation Dodge RAM Arapahoe. The vehicle has less than 5000 miles on it. Because the car had so few miles and I live in a different state, the dealership promised to address any issues arising in the 60 days following the purchase.Upon returning home I felt a vibration in the steering wheel. I had the car completely inspected by the local dealership and they told me that the brake pads were glazed and the front brake rotors were warped. I notified the sales rep we bought the car from and he said they would take care of it. Now that the work has been completed by our local dealer AutoNation Dodge RAM Arapahoe refuses to reimburse us the $1600 it took to repair the brakes and make the vehicle safe to drive.We also found a major ***** in one of the sidewalls of the front tire. I notified the dealer and they told me I should just glue it back in place. This is dangerous advice as damage to the sidewall can cause a blowout so no tire company would ever repair a tire in this condition.I feel I was sold a vehicle that was not in the condition represented and now that we own the vehicle AutoNation Dodge RAM Arapahoe will take no responsibility.These are both safety issues and it is unconscionable that the dealer would sell the car in this condition and take no responsibility for it.

    I bought a 2021 Jeep Sahara 4xe 10/13/23. The price was $57,000. 11/22/23 it was recalled due to possible fires from battery running or off. It has full warranty still. As of yet, there is no repair for this making it completely inoperable. I followed protocol to get a refund. I was ignored by the manager ***, treated like a second class citizen by them and only offered $35,000. The solutions they have came up with are ridiculous and insulting. I want a refund, $56,000, or an even exchange.

    It is unfortunate that Stellantis, the manufacture of the Jeep, issued a recall with no parts availability to repair the recall.  The recall was launched on 11/30/2023.  You purchased the vehicle on 10/13/2023.  We "AutoNation Dodge RAM Arapahoe" had no knowledge that this recall would be announced.  When the vehicle was sold, there were no open recalls.  We will not give you a full refund on this vehicle.  We would purchase the vehicle from you at today's market value, which is $35,000.

    I am rejecting this response because: There is no way this vehicle could have depreciated by almost $8000 in less than 2 months of having it. Furthermore,  I do understand and respect the fact that you were unaware of the recall as was I.  However, I will not agree to the $35,000.  I would like $42,000 as well as a refund of the extra protection plans  (appearance protection,  dent protection,  windshield protection, the taxes as well as the vehicle protection and care protection plan refunded as well being I was not able to use them. I am however willing to compromise and work something out as long as it is fair as I have stated previously.

    I was quoted an online quote, It said I had till April 27 to redeem my cash quote. They have been texting me daily since the 20th. when i verified the quote days later, and asked even with the mechanical issues, then the conversation turned sour from Auto Nation Dodge, When I originally put the information in KB, I put that is had mechanical issues, so it put me in the fair price range. Go to redeem today April 26th and now they are renegging the quote. Says I have to go in and get a reappraisal because I didn't state the mechanical issues originally, which I clearly did, that is what put me in the fair range. My car is actually in excellent condition besides the mechanical issue, which again, then put me in the fair range..

    I sold a vehicle a purchased from this dealer and am owed a refund on an extended warranty that I purchased here. They keep giving me the run-a-round and will not refund what is owed to me. I do not ask for anything but what is owed to me. I will have to *** them I guess. What a terrible dealership and staff...
