    I purchased a 2014 **** Focus from Auto Nation Toyota in ************** in midJuly of 22. I put $4,500 down and financed the other $8,000+.The vehicle is certified pre-owned with a dealer 90 day warranty.A week later, the vehicles transmission went out and we had to pay for it to be towed to the dealership. They had the vehicle from July 27th to September 14th and released the vehicle to us after the repairsof the transmission had been made to include a new warranty for the transmission. As I was driving on September 17th, the vehicles check engine light came on and thetransmission went out for a second time. The vehicle was towed again to the dealership and we stated we want a refund of all monies, the finance payment, and registration fees we just paid in exchange for the car which the dealership denied. They insist on fixing it and even offered to buy it back at a reduced price. The car is still being worked on at the dealership and we have been without the car since we purchased it 2.5 months ago.As of today, 9/28/22, we were told by the dealership that there is nothing else they can do to fix the car. They say the vehicle runs but we have to have the error code cleared every time the problem persist and we could take it to a **** dealership to see if they can fix it but will probably be on a waiting list. We have given them multiple times within the past 2.5 months to fix it and now would like to return the car for all monies paid as well as the payoff of the finance note so we can purchase a working vehicle.

    We have resolved the complaint with the customer.  They have been traded out of the vehicle and purchased a different vehicle.
