1 starWorst customer service I have ever experienced, I would give this ZERO stars if I could! I agreed to my down payment, the interest rate, trade-in, all! I didnt try to haggle, I knew what I was getting into. I wasnt able to leave with the car that night, so I was given the option to complete the paperwork that night or at pickup. I decided to just get it donethat was when I met ******!As soon as I stepped into his finance office, the fear tactics began. The price of the car was complete, it was literally over the extended warranty. He was super aggressive! The initial price he offered would have doubled my monthly payment, over $800. I immediately told him I was uncomfortable! He wouldnt stop. I texted my partner who was outside with his son. He came in and immediately sensed how uncomfortable I was. When ****** kept pressing, my partner told him to step out. ****** insisting for him to be quiet as his name wasnt on the loan! I told ****** multiple times I was not comfortable; that I did not like his pressure; that I needed another night to decide; I wanted to complete the paperwork the day I picked up the vehicle, as that was the chosen I was originally given. ****** wouldnt stop. I left the dealership crying and regretting my $43k purchase!Worse, I came back the next day to pick up the vehicle. I asked to speak with the manager, and I was informed that he didnt have time to speak with me. I was told multiple times that I would receive a phone call from a manager, I have yet. Why would you risk never having my business again, nor none from my family and friends! This is my 3rd Toyota, and I will keep buying Toyotas, but not from AutoNation! The next day I had a name to another Toyota dealer that I called that offered the same platinum package at $1000 less Taylors best offer;and told me I had time to purchase; didnt need to add the cost to my loaneasy, no haggle, honest and fair! The way it should be!Review fromCindy M

1 starWe bought a car from this company in October. ***** ******* was the employee whom assisted us with the sale. We planned on having both names on the title, but when I realized my credit was frozen I asked him to remove my name from the title. He said it was no problem and he'd figure out the financing. Despite us both having near perfect credit scores, we were denied two loan companies and we ended up with a high interest rate with a suboptimal loan. ***** also sold us six warranties telling us our payment would be $800 a month for 60 months without the warranties. He couldn't "give the warranties away", but for total payment of $807.53 per month for 60 months, he could include all warranties for the car. That would have brought the total cost of all warranties to $451.80. I asked MULTIPLE times to see the final cost of the vehicle with warranties as well as the details of each warranty. He called the warranties the "heart, lungs and feet of the vehicle", which mean nothing to me. He told me to quit worrying and go live my life instead of showing me the details of each warranty. The final time I asked for the details in writing, he wrote his phone number down and told me to call him if we had a problem with the vehicle. Despite not seeing the details, we signed the paperwork, as we really wanted the vehicle. When I got home I read through the paperwork we were given upon closing. He charged us $11,324 for all the warranties and our loan was for 75 months, not 60. I immediately called him to cancel all warranties. From the time I made that phone call until we received the last of our money back it took over three months to receive. The last warranty payment return was authorized by 11/6/24 and we did not receive the money until 1/17/25. Each time I called and spoke to someone at Toyota, their response was I needed to call Toyota to see where the money was. As a result of this traumatizing ordeal I will never buy a vehicle from this company again.Review fromCharles W

1 star***** B great sales *** helped expedite the process and answered all my questions that was my original post from July. Now in December found out they messed up some paperwork. Wont send me a picture of the original so I can verify the mileage of the trade in. Just seems weird oh well you traded a car in 5 months ago but re sign this. Been buying cars for 20 years and never had this happen before. Oh and ***** B not professional just text me out of the blue being extremely pushy and unprofessional. Save your time and frustration go somewhere else that isnt rude and shady. If your military do not buy from here Im at 18 years bought over 10 cars between my wife and myself and never been treated like this. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!Review fromNic E

1 starThey made a fake offer to purchase my vehicle to induce me to come in for a sales pitch. Specifically, they sent me a written Certified Offer with a sale price, expiration date, and specific conditions for what would allow them to renege on their offer. When I came in they admitted that I fully disclosed all relevant information about the vehicle and the conditions for them to renege on the offer were not met, they just didnt want to not honor the offer. They said our certified offer isnt really an offer. From a legal standpoint, the certified offers they are using are sufficient to be accepted and form a contract. I think they breached that contract with me, but its not worth the trouble to seek legal recourse. Its just a scam to get people to come in because trade ins is an opening for them to make a saleReview fromWali A

1 starI had a terrible experiencethey sold me a refurbished car disguised as new, without informing me. The salesman, who called himself ******, gained my trust by flattering me and my dad. He then had me sign multiple documents over and over until I lost patience to review them thoroughly. I ended up with a $37K car that cost me $53K, loaded with unnecessary insurances. When I received my paperwork from the financial institution where I got my loan, they explained the situation, and it turned out I didnt even have documents showing how much I truly owed ******* for the car, the dashboard is fading every day and doesnt look new at all. I complained to Toyota using the number that Autonation gave me, but they said the dashboard wasnt covered and basically told me to deal with it.Toyota, through Autonation, has been nothing but a scam. If you still can, stay away from themgo buy a ***** instead.Review fromMelissa B

1 starBUYER BEWARE. My daughter purchased a rav4 from this dealership in February. She needed new tires by July. Was told by the Toyota service department she needed to replace 2 tires and something was wrong with the alignment. They told her this should not be happening and to contact her sales person from AutoNation. She did and brought her car back to be checked and scheduled a repair for last week. Was told the damage would cost at least $4000 and her salesperson basically told her she must have gotten in a wreck or hit a pothole and this was not their problem. If she had noticed within a week of purchase he could have done something.(his exact words) She did not wreck it or hit a major pothole by the way -the previous owner had a repair done by a body shop and no accident was reported (That is why it is not on the CARFAX) I believe they knew there was damage because they could not produce a copy of the inspection of the axle done before it was sold to her. She then got a second opinion. Was told by the second ******** it had extensive damage even with the repair it would not likely ever run correctly. We worked with the general manager (who is fully aware of the damage and repairs that need to be done) to trade it back in and paid around $7000 to cover the difference. I think they gave us 20,000$ for the trade in. We could not in good conscience sell it to another dealership in this condition. My complaint is that the car sale was finalized on 8/29/24 and the same car is listed for $27,798 on the site today. 9/1/24. Pretty sure the axel was not fixed in one day since the damage was pretty major . Just want to make sure others dont get scammed by ** or anyone else at this dealership. ***************** Here is the vin number if needed. 2021 black RAV4Review fromVaughn R

1 starLooking for a 2024 Tacoma. Salesman actually found one I liked. Drove it and decided to buy. Was trading two cars in. Got good price for one. ******** then tried to shaft me on the other came back with $29K, I told him no less that $30K he came back with $29.5. I said go tell your leader I need $30K or I am walking. He came back with $30K.......Now here is where the ** begins. The truck was sticker at $50,400. I specifically asked the salesman what the price was an is that the final price less **************** when I first saw the vehicle. Even talked about where I lived in the city (tax wise) trying nail down the final price. He comes back and now the truck is $52,900 (added accessories which were not on the vehicle). I said why is there clear coat on here? I don't want these. He said "every car comes with them and we cant remove them". I said "you told me the truck just got here and oh by the way, I know those are not on there because I looked already!" His answer....... "It is what it is". I walked out. Bottom line, trying to add features that are not on the car and the answer is "It is what it is"??????? Seems as though all of these one star ratings are extremely accurate. Do not do business here if you want honesty.Review fromTerrell P

1 starDidnt get approved for a vehicle I put a deposit for to get built that was out of stock. I guess everything looked so good on paper, they didnt think I would be denied. They called and told me to put the insurance on and I did that before getting to the dealership. I just dont understand why I now have insurance on a new vehicle I do not have possession of. I now have to see If I can somehow reverse this process aa well and feel like ********************************* kinda left me high and dry. As soon as she saw the deal wasnt happening, she just walked away. I drove an hour there and *** hour back home and just feel like there could have been more said by now on the status on my refund. I am happy the deal didnt go through I just want my money back. Its been 2 weeks and I still dont have a refund. I inquired if I would get my deposit back on the car they are about to sell to someone else and they said not usually. This place kinda *****, the people are nice on the surface but just dont really feel like they care. I shouldnt have to walk away feeling like im not going to get my money back. I texted ******* again today after not hearing anything about my deposit refund for the car Im not getting and Im honestly glad the deal did not go through, I would just like my money back. I would rather pay full cash and not deal with the 10K interest and someone judging what they think I deserve and can afford, while interest is the main cause of this entire situation. ******* said two weeks it would take to have an answer, but feel like they are only looking out for themselves because they know they can sell the car to someone else in a heart beat. Its the prime *************, of course it will sell fast, but it ***** I have to pay for you to get paid and get my money back for nothing. Felt like something was done out of order here and the signs are clear. She did not make any effort to confirm my refund.Review fromChristopher F

1 star0/10 I do not recommend conducting business at this dealership. The employees here are dishonest and demonstrate a lack of integrity. I brought my vehicle here to possibly sell it or conduct a trade in. After over an hour of waiting nothing happened. We were helped by an associate named **** who started off by saying he was already busy and, will try to help us. I began to provide him details of my car and watch him stop writing and the expression on his face change the moment I mentioned my car was previously stolen and is stated on the Carfax. He steps away to try to print a Carfax of my vehicle and console with his manager. After that, we received the following excuses...Can I get your car key please so my manager can inspect and test drive. Please wait as we work up a number for you (repeated twice). Can I get the registration from your vehicle? We are having trouble pulling up a Carfax. I am sorry sir, but we are having trouble pulling up you Carfax and cannot give you an appraisal for your vehicle. Have you gone to another dealership and what number did they offer you? You can always go to another dealership and try with them or print out your own Carfax at home. We knew they were lying to us. We watched **** go back to his office multiple times, wait for a bit while talking to other people, and then return with another excuse. This manager never introduced himself once while we were there. We watched the manager walk around and talk to other employees when there were supposed to be working on our Carfax. The person next us was also working a trade in and no issues at all with their Carfax report. At the end of our visit **** told us that he could not help us, and with another expression on his face, asked me multiple times if I understood what he was saying. I understand if they are not interested in my vehicle but, do not lie with a smile on. We left there feeling disrespected and that our time was wasted unfortunately.Review fromCurtis S

1 starI am very frustrated with the service of the sales team here. I found a 2010 Toyota Corolla advertised for $11,200 on Saturday afternoon on line. I did receive a call form the internet sales manager to discuss the vehicle and confirm the availability, the same evening. He emailed me information and the price was still the same $11,200. I explained it would be Monday evening before I could be there and he said no problem. I confirmed things on line before I made the hour and half drive to test drive and make the deal. It all went down hill after the test drive. Once the salesman brought me the first offer they had raised the price to $12,999. After 2 trips by the salesman to the sales manager I was met by one of the Managers. They tried to tell me the sales price that was originally posted on line was their trade in value and couldn't honor the ADVERTISED PRICE! I had seen the car was getting a lot of notice on line so I'm sure they felt like they could make more money on the car then advertised. Before I left the dealership they raised the internet price to $13,698 while I was still in the building. Needless to say I walked out with out buying a car.
