    The contract we signed for a 2023 Rav4 Toyota included three additional items: Vehicle Protection Plan Plus with Key Replacement Benefit, Dent Protection, and Appearance and Windshield Protection. Of the three, the Appearance and Windshield Protection was the only one that did not include a 30-day cancellation clause. While I realize it was incumbent upon me to read this warranty, I did sign the agreement to purchase without reading it. We signed the car papers late on the evening of 5-25-2023 and were under the impression during the meeting that all three warranties could be cancelled within 30 days. After reviewing these items at home, I realized that my car insurance (as required by your purchase agreement) covered the same items without restrictions that the Appearance and Windshield Protection warranty did, and that the latter carried certain restrictions. I also see that any work required would not be done by Toyota, and given the restrictive coverage, there might be only limited companies that would repair any damage. Thus, the additional cost of $638 was not needed and just adds to the cost of my vehicle. It is my contention that during our discussion it was not made clear that this warranty, unlike the other two, could not be cancelled within 30 days. I called your office and received confirmation that I could not cancel this warranty.

    I bought my Camry from this store. I had warranty paint issues that I had repaired at their repair shop. I have paint issues again . *** waited over five months to get my car painted Im still not scheduled even with a complaint to Toyota North *******.

    They got the high reviews because they asked you to give them a good review to trade with some free goodie but buying a car here was totally frustrated from the beginning through the end. I would say it was a huge mistake and worst experience we got from day one. The sale person (*****) was lack of communication and lots of excuses. When we called or texted asking about the car or the process, we rarely got the response. Once he said he would call you back but never happened. He blamed on everybody there except apologizing. We reserved the car no one contacted ** when the car got there. The finance guy (*****) tried to push you to buy the extended warranty. Also tried to push you to get the loan from their bank, I told him I would use my bank but end up got the loan from different bank without letting me know. They made the mistake on the temp tag, once I called my sale he said he would get back to me but of course he ghosted!! So got it fix at DMV without any helps from them. When we cancelled the extended warranty, went there to cancel and wait for almost 3 months but didnt see any money go to the lien-holder. So we tried to call them for weeks but never have any lucks to get a hold from them after leaving some voice messages. Finally, one guy name ***** called back and said he would check and call me back but he never done that. Until I called again and turned out they made the mistake on the cancellation paperwork which I asked if that matter or was that a mistake by seeing only my name on that paper instead of both name (mine and my husband because the car is under both name) but the guy we did that paperwork said it didnt matter or it should not be issues. After I asked that question specifically and got the answer but turned out that was joke and causing the cancellation not going through. So be prepared to waste lots of your time and energy here dealing with unprofessional workers.

    Dont get your vehicle serviced here.They changed the oil in my RAV4 hybrid. I specifically asked them to make sure not to overfill the oil since another shop had just done that to me. When done, my service advisor *************************** told me they had filled it to the correct level. I checked myself in the parking lot, and it was about 1/2 over the full mark!Since any competent service employee would have known it wasnt correct if they had just checked, the guy just straight up lied to me. He didnt know, so why make a statement of fact?I asked them to fix it. They drained most of the excess oil (it *still* reads about 1/8 over), but when I got back in the car I put my elbow in a big splotch of oil they left on my center console.The Rav4 hybrids oil capacity is 4.8 quarts. Their receipt says they put in 5, maybe to save on labor costs? (Why pay a technician to measure out the correct amount when they can just dump in 5 full quarts as fast as they can?) Then, I imagine they did a really fast drain, which meant that in the end way too much oil was in the engine.Find yourself a shop that doesnt cut so many corners and then lies to you about it.
