1 starMay 2025 When ***** came and scoped my pipes, he said I needed to tear my basement floor and replace 80ft of pipe! The cost ******!! He just smiled and said they would work to give me a loan. I then called Big Dog Rooter and ****** came scoped the same pipes. All I needed was hydro-jetting and I have only 40ft of pipe. Cost *****. I have no problems since. 2 starsSomething has gone downhill with Plumbline. I had them install my furnace and AC, and use the with their VIP service. I have the come out twice a year to do a proactive check on both. Over the past 3-4 years, every single time I have one of those services scheduled, they call and cancel/reschedule. They did the same thing with my parents. We then get rescheduled for on day, then receive a text for an appointment confirmation of a completely different date. My parents called back, and the person who answered essentially blamed them for the issue. People make arrangements in their schedule and plan their day around appointments, and I clearly cannot trust Plumbline to actually show up on the day scheduled. Making an appointment over a month out and still having them not be able to fufil their obligation is completely unreasonable.Review fromPatrick H

Recently hade our HV** system shut down with a 83 code showing lack of pressure regarding the refrigerant . As Plumbline did the install 2-4 years ago we called and they sent a tech out to diagnose the problem within 19 hours. ******** did an excellent job of discovering the issue, a leak in the outside copper line where the refrigerant had leaked out. Kept us informed of what needed to be done and how long it would take. As we did not need the ** as the weather was nice and it was getting later in the ay, we suggested he return the following day to recharge the system, a 4 hour process. He called and showed up at the agreed upon time the following day and did the 4 hour repairs. He did a great job, is very personable and professional. He spent alot of time with us explaining what went wrong and what he needed to do. Very satisfied, thanks Mr ***** and ******** and **** ******* for getting us a sooner time slot. ******* *****

1 starIm writing to express my profound anger at Plumbline's predatory and manipulative business practices. My daughter is going to be selling her townhome, and she needed to replace the air conditioning and furnace system before it could be listed. She went to the ********** site to look for contractors, and she saw that Plumbline was the only one listed. On Saturday, October 12th, one of their employees came and inspected the system, concluding that it needed to be replaced. He said that another employee would come later that afternoon to explain their offer for replacing the system. When that employee showed up, he claimed that he was offering my daughter the best possible deal. Not knowing what a fair price for such a system should be, my daughter signed papers to have the work done. She was told that she had three days to back out of the deal. This transaction took place late Saturday afternoon. In the meantime, our realtor, after trying to reach another contractor for a second bid over the three day weekend, was finally able to reach him on Tuesday morning, October 15th. His estimate for completing the job was between $5,000 and $6000 lower than Plumblines. My daughter immediately called Plumbline on Tuesday morning to cancel the agreement. Plumbline told her that she had gone past the three day limit. They had counted the entire day Saturday as the first day, even though the transaction had not occurred until the end of the day. At a minimum, she should have been given until late Tuesday afternoon to change her mind. They told her she could not get out of the agreement unless she paid them $2500. My daughter is a special education teacher and a single mother. This difference in price amounted to a substantial extra burden on a person with a modest income. Plumblines insistence that she stick with their inflated price is truly unconscionable.Review fromLuke L

1 starScheduled main line clean and video.Had to move initial appointment (when we had help because they insist on someone being there) to a different day altogether.Clarified job would be roof access multiple times during these ********* of, after hour and half of driving down to site, they say they can't go up a roof.Thanks for wasting our whole day!Review fromMark R

Always great customer service when I have them come out. The people who come out to the house are always polite, respectful, clean up if there is anything to clean up, explain things to me so I can understand, and answer all my questions. I’ve used them for years for my furnace and AC. This last visit was a plumbing issue and again same top quality customer service!Plumbline Services

This is a great company. Very honest and accommodating to consumer questions and concerns. They have checked back with me several times to make sure everything is running smoothly after installation. There was a problem with the new thermostat reading the correct temperature and they returned several times until the problem was corrected. They were very efficient at installation of new AC unit and furnace, sending 5 people reduced installation time significantly. Excellent company and I highly recommend them.Plumbline Services
