1 starAfter waiting through a 5 hour window, had the guy come in, explained the problem (******* HVAC blower fan out, 2022 still under warranty) proceeds to walk up, look at it, and tell me first "it's $149 for me to double check that's the problem, if not I can replace the blower motor but I'm not responsible if it's something else"which is what a child says, not a repairman. after that I asked "ok well it's under warranty, how much is labor?"this dude looks me straight in the eyes and says $1000. For reference this is 2.5-4x cost of other services nearby. After I explain that's a bit outlandish, he goes on a rant about how it's the companies prices and he can't do anything, and that I shouldn't trust a small local place with this kind of job (really gross to talk about fellow laborers that way but that's neither here nor there) Clearly trying to use pressure and scare tactics to push outrageous gouging.Avoid and make sure your elderly relatives avoid as well, or they will get fleeced.Especially bad since they refuse to give a quote over the phone, but magically have an instant "totally locked and company controlled" quote once they're on site Super shady, super expensive.Review fromSkip S

Great Service!, I found Jorden the first tech to show up to clear sewer line to be honest and friendly. When the supervisor ******* came later to discuss further action needed, I found him to also be honest and friendly as well. The "Project" to replace sewer line from house to street (~35'). While the price seemed to be high, but after talking with other people the amount was good. The clearing work was done on Thursday and the follow up sewer line removal and replacement was done on the following Monday. The job took around 5 to 6 hours. June 2024: The plumber said he couldn't tell me what year my water heater was, or my main water valve. He wouldn't even get down on the floor to see where the leak was. I paid over $800 in repairs. Two days later, water leak, again. I called and had ********************************* come out. Their plumber inspected and told me how old my water heater was and my water valve (because this is what ALL plumbers know how to do). He also inspected the furnace and told me my leak was from the ** (that Plumbline installed). He also told me what they needed to do to fix it. Plumbline came out 10 days later to fix the ** (under warranty) and I still haven't gotten photos and a detailed description of what Plumbline supposedly fixed during this warranty visit to fix my **. It's not without effort, I've called 6+ times and keep getting the run-around. Do yourself a favor - call someone else. ********************************* did a great job!Plumbline only wants to upsell. They certainly don't care about identifying the real problem, and clearly don't want to get their hands or uniform dirty.Plumbline Services

Highway robbery! I received a $3974 quote for a bathtub drain replacement. This is 10x more then it should be. It took 2 1/2 hrs and less than $100 to do it myself. I would not recommend Plumbline to anyone!Plumbline Services
