I contacted Plumbline to perform seasonal checks of our central air since they are factory certified on Carrier. Their technician was punctual and professional. He identified a failing capacitor and replaced same. He also noticed a very small gas leak adjacent to the hot water heater which required a valve replacement that had to be accomplished by a member of their plumbing team. An appointment was set and their representative was again punctual and professional. My sole concern has to do with what they charged for the two separate repairs. Both were done to my satisfaction but the charges were a bit stiffer than I would have expected. That said, quality of work and professional courtesy were exceptional.

Water was leaking down through ceiling from leak in upstairs toilet. I needed a plumber fast! Called Plumbline Services and talked to ****. He walked me through the steps to shut off water to house and to toilet and to remove water from the tank. He scheduled an appointment to repair the toilet the next day. Comforted by his calm demeanor and professional manner, I was able to sleep knowing that everything would be fine until morning. He came the next day and repaired the toilet. I was so impressed with his skills and proficiency that I asked him to check another older toilet that needed some attention. He quickly repaired it and had all the tools and parts necessary. I asked him to replace the faucet and sprayer in the kitchen sink since the old set was leaking under the kitchen sink. He also replaced the old plumbing which needed some serious attention. I am pleased to report that both toilets and the faucet and sprayer are working like brand new. No leaks now! Yea! **** is a real pleasure to work with. He is a professional and knows his business! He learned the profession from his Dad when he was 14 and has 24 years of experience. If you need a plumber that knows what he is doing, call Plumbline and ask for ****. Plumbline and their Plumbers **** and **** couldn't have been better. My wife is very good at asking questions that I wouldn't think of and they clearly described everything and were very patient. We knew nothing of the water pressure regulator and that the water pressure was 110 pounds coming into our house. After 24 years of use, we had it replaced and our pressure is now set at 70. We're ecstatic about our new water heater and all the new ancillary parts that bring it up to Building Codes in Jeffco. We had price quotes from 3 other major companies and we questioned many things that did not make sense. they're prices were higher, warranties were lower and we felt they did not have our best interests in mind. ****, who quoted the job and Will his Apprentice delivered on everything promised in the quote. What a pleasant surprise, no added on repairs as our garage door repairman once tried to sell us.We'll have Plumbline back .Thanks, **** and ****.****** and ***Plumbline Services

On two separate occasions, after waiting for the majority of the scheduled time window, they called and canceled my appointment. If you use them, you will be sitting around your house for them to just not show up. They just make excuses of why this happens with no offers to remedy it other that for you to sit for 4 hours another day waiting. ALSO, THE FIRST TIME I HAD THEM COME OUT, THEY CONVINCED ME TO BUY A CONTRACT TO GET THE DISCOUNT TO FIX MY *** CONDITIONING. I ENDED UP HAVING TO CALL ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES WITH THE *** CONDITIONER AFTER THEY CHARGED ME $300 FOR A NEW FAN. I only scheduled with them because I had paid for the contract to have the furnace and air conditioner serviced twice. ********************* OR YOUR TIME.
