    I am a resident at ***********************, and I am making this complaint against the property manager and the company because I have found black mold in my ceiling from the tenants above having water leak from an AC unit, was told I would not be moved out of the apartment while the work was being done, I do believe now I am having chest issues due to this fact. The property manager has stolen my rent many times saying its not in the system no matter how many times I ask for proof, I have also heard the same thing from other residents. The property manager *** ******** refuses to talk with me and say she will only respond to me through email. Has stated we are no longer able to go to the office on site for any issues, we now have to go across town with any of our issues and not having a car makes that very difficult, they constantly record me smoking outside while I am in the permitted area to smoke, and I have asked them many times to stop, but have continued. I can not reach anyone in the Comcap office because they refuse to answer phones no matter what time of day it is.

    We have received no calls from ****** here at the ****************** No voicemails have been left for us to call her back. Resident has a balance of $4181 . We have no record that she paid , however she is also unable to provide proof of payment for us to review and find a solution. The manager *** ******** just took over a month ago, and they are past due on rent since before she started so she would not have any prior knowledge to previous rent payments which is why we are asking for the back. This resident has also not notified to our knowledge , that there is any mold in her unit. We will check it out , however this has been no conversation . ****** also damaged company property (cameras for security) that face right outside the office, in which police actually cited her. She has also been extremely confrontational and police asked staff to record since she likes to scream and create issues . She is not allowed in the office due to this and we asked her to send emails instead so we have everything in writing. We do this with residents that create issues between themselves and staff to avoid conflict .

    inconsistent communication from the property manager at the ComCaps *************************. Ultimately, *** tried numerous times to negotiate a deal to have the balance paid off back rent to get my eviction off my record. *******************, ***************************, advised me that she was going to speak with legal counsel before giving the go-ahead on the negotiation. I never received a response, never getting ahold of anyone at the property and not being able to leave a voicemail (not setup). After finally getting the response that balance was sent to collections, I was left mentally and financially ruined. I reached out to ComCap corporate office with my complaint but no one will respond or answer phones.

    Hello, I have attached correspondence between myself and ******* regarding a balance of rent after being evicted from the property, It was very brief as this was the first time, she had reached out to me at the corporate office. She has never attempted to call and if she did, she never left a voicemail so we could call her back.  She was informed that the balance is at collections and that the balance would need to be paid to them. She never attempted to make a payment plan but instead asked if we would take her rental assistance at which we had already received judgements for the court and could no longer accept rents. She did not at any point attempt to make a payment herself but instead asked after the fact if we would take payment in which again, she was referred to ***************** for her acct balance.

    Lived at *************************************************. Complained about my ac not cooling my unit 913. Spoke to corporate office *************************** said they would be replacing the ac unit. Then the next day I get a notice to vacate within 3 days. Saying I violated my least. Had no issues prior to this complaint. I feel like I have been done so wrong!!!!!!
