    This management company manages a lot of apartments. One in particular is called ********************** in ***************... They rent too drug addicts, dealers, and dangerous homeless people.. they do not do extensive background checks.. their property manager protects and defends the homeless people living there... Kids have been murdered there, and the manager says they are not responsible for ******* safety, yet they are renting to these dangerous people... This is not a safe or good place for people to live... Comcap management should not be utilized for managing any properties...

    This company is now managing ****************** apartments I do hope they are good management and can tackle the issues in that building, especially the marijuana issues. I currently have a family member that lives there always complained about it and the other company *********************************************** never did anything but hopefully this company will but it's too early to tell. The manager that work at ****************** apartments wouldn't do anything either but make excuses but my family will keep their eyes open and will do an update review down the road.
