      I was very happy with the passport that I obtained and it worked perfectly, getting me to ***** quickly. The only issue is that PassportsAndVisas.com has charged me twice for one passport. I have the order numbers and the string of emails that promise that this wouldn't happen. I have been told that this issue has been "escalated" to accounting for the last several months, and considering it is such a simple problem with only one logical repair, I have become very frustrated. I am now at the point of suing them in small claims court, in which I believe I will prevail. Again, this is not that complicated.

      My experience was awful. I paid $429.00 for a 12-day passport service. Less than a week later, I received an email and phone call saying the overnight ***** package was 'being held' by ***** and that my passport application (only good for 5 days) would expire before they got it. So, I was asked to produce the entirety of the paperwork again (DS-11, Letter of Authorization, Proof of Departure, and photo), set up another acceptance appointment with the ***** and pay another, $35 **** passport application fee. The earliest **** appointment was 2 days after I was supposed to leave for my business trip. So, it was completely pointless to use the service. I emailed them asking for a refund since I could no longer benefit from an expedited passport and was completely ignored. I tried two different emails and got no response after numerous attempts. Obviously, the $429 is a total loss. Im not getting that money back. So, I learned a valuable ****** trusting this 3rd party passport site. Passports and Visas.com are not what they say they are. And to date, ** still waiting for all my originally mailed documents to be returned.

      I ended up reporting this to my credit card company as it is obviously fraud. Went to use their service realized same day within a matter of hours that I would not need the service. I immediately called to cancel and sent two emails as well. Was told over the phone that it was cancelled and would be refunded in 24 hrs. Got a response via email confirming that is was cancelled two days after sending the email. Money was never refunded. Sent three more emails. Followed up with two more calls. I was sent to an account management voicemail with no return call. Spoke to a nasty woman today that told me none of those email or calls had existed, telling me that they would have to further look into it while cutting me off while I was explaining on their own website my account shows the multiple transactions taking place. Again, she proceeded to cut me off. How are businesses allowed to get away with taking over $900 away from a family specially without preforming any services.

      Absolutely NO communication available or possible after sending the package and money. Telephones never answered, messages not returned, e-mails ignored. I bought the 25 day turn around package. Finally did get the passport (directly from the passport office) after 35 business days. I HIGHLY recommend using another service, or simply use the expedited service offered by the government passport office. There's something wrong with the "reviews" on their website. All the negatives are, essentially, the same topic - complete disregard for communication with the customer and delayed receipt of the **********************. All the "positive" reviews praise the same thing. Something's wrong??!!

      DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!They took my money, my paperwork and my passport and then practically disappeared. Each time I called no one answered the phone or, if a person did answer, they placed me on hold and never came back.In the end, I had to contact the office of my Representative to Congress. I was lucky enough to find a young woman to listen to me. She was able to locate my paperwork and my passport and she discovered it was not being processed by "PassportsAndVisas" at all. The young woman was able to take over the case, get everything moved through the right channels and I received my passport 2-days before I was due to leave the country!!PASSPORTSANDVISAS.COM IS A SCAM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.I am only giving one start because the system says I have to...but, my rating is really zero stars!!

      The worst experience I ever have in my life with a company.they took my money in less than a minute.it was over $1000 and were not helpful with the process. They didnt do the job to renew my passport . They were non responsive to my emails . They were saying only emails no calls. Person reading my emails not paying attention I was resending documents.When I asked for refund .they said 10 days .nothing was refund then I called after trying many times and then they said no refund because cancelation was over 24 hrs when you place your order .they didnt refund any any any of my money .avoid this company please they will take your money .no worth it the energy the agravacin and frustration that somebody is taking advantage .

      Unbelievable scam. I filed all of the necessary renewal application information, paid for day expedited service, received a ***** label with which to send my application from, passport photos, US **************** fee of $190.00 in form of a cashier's check and my passport to them on May 1, 2023. My trip to ********* for a golf vacation is for my departure on June 28 from *************. Nothing received. No one answers the phones, no personal concierge service to the number in Denver. **************** checked cashed on May 23, 2023. I have now had to cancel my trip losing the prepaid travel expense and missing a lifetime travel experience. The police, the **************** and State and **************** overseeing this company should immediately shut this entity down. My passport is gone and with it my ability to travel abroad without obtaining a new passport. No one answers the phone at the **************** phone number either. Our government is an absolute mess. Time to throw the bums out.

      Horrible fraud. Accepted hundreds of dollars, went weeks without responding to any calls or emails despite advertising 24 responses and took my passport without ever providing a replacement. This needs to get shut down.

      Passports and Visas doubly charged me for a passport service for my daughter. Immediately after receiving the receipt and seeing it was for double the amount that I authorized I called the company and was told by customer services this was a glitch in their system and that I would receive a refund. This charge occurred on 4/26 and it is now 5/12. Zero refund. The total amount is $780.I have called and sent countless emails about this matter to their customer service team and been told "it has been escalated to their accounting department". I have not once been emailed or called back by accounting about the status of my refund. I have spoken to ****, ****** and **** in customer service and have explicitly asked to speak to someone in leadership to have this matter resolved and each time transferred to the same default accounting email. I have emailed ******* in accounting as well as their general accounting email countless times. No replies from accounting.I seriously doubt this company plans to refund my money and it appears after looking into other reviews that they have done this to countless other customers. This business is extremely shady and unprofessional.If anyone else has this issue I would be happy to look into jointly taking this company to court - nineonesix.eightzerofive.zerofivenineone -******

      Worst customer experience ever. We paid quite bit extra for 3 business day turnaround; it was 7. We even had to start a day late because they would not give us a required form because we didnt have an account manager assigned. The passport was actually processed at the state department super quick (you can look this up) but they couldnt get it to send to us. This is the ONLY reason we paid them. I dont know what other services there are out there but select any other one than these guys. I was duped because I was under stress for a quick passport; dont be like me.
