      If you buy from Current, pay using PayPal. They will refund your money if things dont work out. I ordered Christmas cards on November 14 and was notified shipping would be in two or three days. After a reasonable time, I tried to check on the order by phone, by email, and using a tracking form I found online. No response. So I contacted PayPal. They let me know the complaint had been sent to Current. Still no response. Within a couple days I escalated it to a claim. Then I received three messages the same day from Current: one that my order had been shipped, a second an apology for the delay, the third asked to rate the response to the second one. PayPal had instructed me not to be in touch with Current again, and I did not answer. My PayPal account was credited within a few days! The late-shipped Christmas cards arrived less than a week before Christmas. I have been ordering from Current since the ****s without incident. Never again. Protect yourself. If you order from Current, pay using PayPal!

      Nov 14th. and Nov. 15th I ordered 2 canvases. One was received and the other one to this day Dec. 18, 2023 has not. After at least 5 phone calls to customer service, no help including 2 people that was suppose to call me back. So today when I called insisting on an answer Alexandria let me know that they have been having issues with the vendor for this item. This is suppose to be a Christmas present that this family will not receive. If you are having vendor problems I would think you would let your customers know. Poor customer service. They didn't have any problem taking my money right away. All they could do is offer a refund, but no Christmas present from afar!!

      I ordered 2 packs of cards and 4 of those "saying a day" calendars that you tear off each day. Took about a week to arrive. HOWEVER, it was MISSING 3 calendars or more than $50 worth of product. I emailed TWICE and never received a reply. Finally decided to phone and had to wait 10 minutes on hold to speak with someone from *************** whom I could barely understand. After about ten minutes, they agreed to ship the items to me, via ***** 3-day shipping. Said they could not do any better. SO, what do they ship???-UPS GROUND which will take a week or more this time of year. SECOND and LAST purchase EVER from these idiots. Be wary of ANY business owned by ****** CORPORATION-they have dozens.

      They shipped me a damaged Christmas carousel that I spent 80$ on and I cant get my money back. I sent an email and called. After being asked to leave my call back number about 6 times they finally answered. I was told I could ship it back if I paid for the cost. When I questioned why I should pay for a damaged carousel I was put on hold and told that someone would be calling me back from billing. It has been 3 days and I have not received a call back. Do not order from this place! Terrible service and terrible product. I cant even fox the item. Its glued together crooked and will not stand up straight!

      It took 3 weeks to receive my order and every time I sent an email to find out where my order was (was supposed to receive it within 5 - 7 days), my emails were only answered once! So I called Current and asked about mu order as no postal service had received it, and they didn't know where it was!! Won't be doing any business with them again!!

      I ordered simple cards at the beginning of November in the hopes of spending Thanksgiving weekend with my MIL helping her address cards. That never even came close to happening. My order took nearly twice the time you advised that it would take. I missed not one but two opportunities to help my mother-in-law with her holiday cards. She is 90 and lives more than 2 hours from me, so I now need to make a third trip to deliver the cards. I called Current's customer service number twice and was both lied to and ignored. I have emailed multiple times before finally receiving a very ***** response to my concerns. My order shipped late and was INCOMPLETE when it finally. There's nothing to be happy about in this entire process and I will NEVER shop with Current again. So disappointed in this failure. Current's customer service is atrocious.

      This company is ridiculous I have contacted customer service multiple times to resolve my issues with no success. They are horrible do not buy from them. They still have not refunded me and I never even received items I ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT

      I placed an order & paid extra for rush shipping to ensure I would receive my order by the time I needed it. According to Current, my order should have been fulfilled in 1-3 business days & delivered in another 2-4. I attempted to contact them numerous times after a week passed with no order update, to cancel the order since it would no longer arrive on time, but they refuse to answer their phone or respond to email. Two weeks after placing the order, I finally spoke to someone who claimed my order supposedly just shipped (how convenient). Despite their failure to ship the order on time, especially after paying extra for rush shipping, and their failure to answer communications, they refuse to refund the order. This company is the worst!!! They do not fulfill orders anywhere near on time and their customer service is atrocious & practically nonexistent. Do not buy anything from this highly unethical company!!!

      Current messed up my checking account number on my checks, but would not replace them at no charge. I've had this account & known this number by heart since the mid 1980's.

      They mailed me a personal 25% off coupon this came to $28 off my order of $140. As I went to check out, my shipping was $28 dollars. Coincidence? I wasnt able to use their free or low shipping if I used the coupon, so basically I spent 3 hours of my time thinking I was being offered a discount when all was said and done, there was no discount. Very disheartened Ive been a customer since the late ****s and am disappointed they havent kept up with online shopping technologies for loyal customers.
