This service was great every step of the way. The scheduler was great to deal with. It was scheduled at a reasonable time in the future. The crew called to say they were on the way and they were right on time. ****** and ******* were very nice to work with. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job. They went above and beyond in protecting the house from the equipment. They did a great job of clean up. The job went as expected time wise. The equipment was great and the before and after pictures showed how well it worked. There were no surprises at payment time. I was completely satisfied with the job and highly recommend Planet Duct.Planet Duct

Great job! The guys that did the work were very curious and explained everything. The response time to the house was super. My calendar reminder to have the ducts cleaned includes Planet Ducts contact information. We are customers for life!Planet Duct

Job well done! They even helped with snow removal on the driveway to get the truck up to the house. Did not know what to expect and was amazed at the work it took to get it done after 50 years of living in this home. Will definitely recommend Planet Duct!!!Planet Duct

Amazing process and transparent pricing. I called about 6 months ago to inquire and they gave me so much info about themselves as well as NADCA certifications and had me read up on that. I let them know I was looking around and they warned me of non-NADCA certified cleaners and told me where I could find a list of ***************! Honestly because of this, we stopped shopping around and knew we could trust this company. When we were ready to schedule, we went online and was able to pick everything we wanted to include in our service along with date. The techs showed up on time and were extremely respectful of us and our home. They explained every step of the process and checked in to make sure we didn't have additional questions. We are beyond thankful for you guys! We've already seen a difference in breathing, better heat coming out, and better feeling all around.Planet Duct
