  I had a Tire Shop the The tire guy The owners of this shop also own regional collision in ****************,**. replace my two rear tires; two days later, due to the fact of them not securing the wheel properly the Lugnuts fell off and damaged the wheel and the rear parts to where it is no longer safe to drive. After it happened, they offered to fix it. They didnt fix it. The lug nuts were all snapped off one by one execept for two. Also quarter panel and rear bumper damage was caused when my car dropped to the ground when the wheel rolled off and hit a fence. in addition to not fixing the rear damage, including the control arm.All they did, was take the bolts out of the wheel and put new lugs and Lugnuts on. They didnt change the wheel, which was ground out by the legs as the wheel was coming off, which I know isnt safe as all of the lug nut holes in that wheel are no longer the same size. The control arm in the rear is severely damaged which it wasnt before. They said it couldnt even be aligned but chose to blame that on me. They fixed none of the issues above not to mention the damage to my rear bumper and I can no longer close my rear right door properly as the quarter panel is so bent out of shape.My car is completely destroyed.Now thats just the backstory;? the worst part of this is I was contacting the shop for a while, and eventually she just stopped answering when I asked for the *************** information, and they are refusing to give it to me. Im forced to go out and get a car payment I really dont want and cant afford right now. I think they were hoping that I would just let this go or die in that car than before being able to make them fix it but theyre making life really difficult right now and all Im trying to do is make it to work to take care of my family. All I needed was my tire changed, and the shop? ruined my car and only safe method of travel to and from work.

  Ended up paying $5k for a beautiful ********** Passat.I thought... ended up stalling out on me the first night took it to another shop paid 150$ to get it scanned they ended up telling me the work that needs to be done isnt worth the price of the car quoted me 5k in repairs I drove it back up to the springs one time after that it ended up stalling at the airport I was able to get a hold of the owner *** by his cell phone that I was lucky to have he towed my car back to the shop and told me that he wouldn't charge me for towing fees or storage fee I thought that was cool and he was helping me I call I talked to him one other time within that week he said that he had two other cars in there that he was doing engine swaps on and would be able to look at my car later I called him the next week he told me that it didn't look good and that I have a high pressure oil pump that went out (those are only in diesels) I have a 2.0T gas FIRST RED FLAG he told me that he has tons of receipts on my car from the previous owner that was a military brat and moved out of country and that he knew everything about the car I called him the next week now it's been 3 weeks without a vehicle and was able to talk to a brand new secretary named ******** she asked him a question I could hear him in the background about my car and he said that I need a new motor because the timing gear is cracked. I tried to call his cell phone one day I'm blocked on that I've called and left numerous messages at regional repair and get absolutely no response and I'm still acting as I'm playing the game to see what he tells me next and what I get quoted if I can ever get ahold of him been almost 3 months now I'm out 5k and a car thanks *****

  Fraudulent, denied copy of receipt/part info/store info (which ******** Auto Parts store#). INVOICE **** Regarding Fan Control Module, I was told a new part was bought from ******** Auto Parts in ****** **, and could do warranty transfer to my current location(*****).I remember calling the auto shop an hour later when we made it to ****** ** that the light came back on, and advised over phone to release pressure from coolant by taking cap off and on. However the service light has been on since, and diagnosed with Cooling Fan 2 control Circuit/Open and my remote start no longer works. I live in ******** **, five and a half hours away, considering service light I do not believe its safe to drive back to have corrected. No response and no email, manager ********************* is never available. Another shop here will not fix the problem since they dont have part number/info.Ive emailed twice and called twice, each time manager was unavailable, ******* said she would get messages to you but no response. She was more than ready to hang up, I had to offer my info to her twice, she was careless on following up. I gave her my name, phone number, and email. Requesting copy of receipt/part info/store info (which ******** Auto Parts store#) to start warranty transfer. I hope Im not being too unreasonable, I need to get this corrected ASAP! Thank you for your time!
