If i could give it zero stars I would. They aren't even an energy company, this coming from the d*ckhead I just spoke with. "We're a billing company." So how do you come up with the numbers?? How do you know how much electricity I use when there are NO meters here??? You're based in ****************, yet I'm in ***********, **...I just called because I kept receiving an error when I was trying to sign up on yesenergymanagement.com... He told me "that's not the right website" and couldn't EVEN FIND MY ACCOUNT WHILE I GAVE HIM ALL OF MY INFO.... HOW IS THIS LEGAL????????

The Trash charges are a pro-rated flat fee of $12.00 per unit.
Currently, the property is not billing for Water or Wastewater.

Please note that all monies collected by, belong to, and remain solely with *****************************. Any adjustments, credits or charges billed must be authorized by ***************************** and their management company. You can register your online account at ***********************.

      Best regards,
      YES Energy Management Team

Since I've moved into this apartment my water bill has constantly been over $100 with only 2 people living here and barely being here to use the water much. This community bill is a scam and should be detailed to show us how much water is being used and if its above the average national. I know people with 2 story houses paying a third of the cost.

Every place that I've lived in that uses yes energy management has scammed me on my bills. How in the world can anyone explain how a gas bill goes up $200 from one month to the next or from the previous year. Yes was even canceled by my previous rental property due to them robbing customers. They can only be described as criminal.

The latest and first bill from Yes Energy was filled with double charges and unexplained charges. I notice the same problem with other residential management companies such as Conserve.I was also charged ***** dollars for paying my rent with a debt card. I am just not happy.

They bill you for total consumption of *********** residents in the apartment. So you get a bill if you use Gas or not. And If total consumption of all residents go up, you pay more regardless.

Big time scammers and I will get to the bottom of this. My bill was 180 for one month I live with two other people never have I ever had a bill that high.

This company should be sued, banned and closed for racketeering [is the act of offering of a dishonest service (a "racket") to solve a problem that wouldn't otherwise exist without the enterprise offering]. I've paid directly to *** for 10 yrs in **, now a Property Management Company called First Key Homes may have a possible pay-for-play[sharing commissions] with this company to that charges $7 monthly extra charges that you won't pay thru the *** website.

Yes energy is a scam! I live in a two bedroom small apartment and my management was just changed, during that change while I was not even under a lease they switched from ********** energy to yes energy my bill went from being $40 on average a month to nearly 300 a month. I wasnt given a bill for several months and they have combined 61 days of usage at 297 each! How is this even legal?

I was told we would pay water/sewer as a part of our rent, which is fine. I've paid them in the past at two other properties. Those properties added a flat charge monthly that never changed. Both were $20 at the time. When signing the lease it stated there would be a seperate billing. Fine as well. I presumed with past water/sewer experience and receiving quarterly water/sewer/trash bills as a two time homeowner, I didn't expect to pay more than $30 per month for just water/sewer. It's way, WAY worse than I expected and we feel we're being taken advantage of. As a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, bi-level with basement homeowner, a family of 4 were using the shower 4 times a day, using sinks, toilets a lot, 8 washer uses per week, dishwasher nightly, and hose/sprinkler use once per week during the summer. All that PLUS trash and the quarterly bill averaged $38 per month. About the same for the home we owned before that one. Now at this 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment now with 2 people we have 12 shower uses a WEEK, sink, toilet, dishwasher 3-4 times per week, a washer we already have to pay to use, no outside water usage and we're averaging $69 PER MONTH, including some admin fee, AND TRASH ISN'T PART OF THE ******* Utterly ridiculous. They may claim that the apartment management says what we owe and Yes just collects the $4 administration fee, but as far as I'm concerned it doesn't matter because Yes is telling me what our usage is and what we owe with a tiny bar graph and rates and usage I can't see and have no idea how inflated this clear overcharge is.
