    Before you buy their products, they lie to you about the time line of delivery. I even paid more for expedited shipping. When I asked, I was told it would take 1 day to deliver. I placed my order on 5/29/2025. It's now 6/7/2025 and still no package. Tomorrow is Sunday so it's definitely not coming this week either. When I questioned them about when my delivery was going to arrive, they threatened to just cancel my order. Not to cool.

    I bought and paid for an ECU for a 1997 F350 to be delivered in ************ and because the **** address was wrong it was delivered on October 28 at 10:03 am according to the tracking number. I have done everything possible via phone and text and have not received a response from either The ECU Connection or ***** First I wanted the item returned to me but since I have been waiting for over a month and no one has responded, I want my money back. I have not seen any seriousness in these sellers.
