    My home was in a flood back in March 2022. Buffalo *********** was listed as one of State Farm's VIP Contractors and that is why we went ahead and proceeded to work with this company, little did we know it would turn into a nightmare. Here we are 16 months later based on their punch list the home was going to be completed by December 16, 2022. Our home is nowhere near to be completed still needs electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, floors and etc. to be done. We have 300+ photos along with videos of uncompleted work and poor workmanship. We have issued Buffalo *********** a total of $157,677.81 all paid by check to them to pay sub-contractors, material and labor cost. To date none of that has been done and we have requested proof of paid invoices to all trades and an explanation with an actual breakdown to where all the funds went to since what Buffalo *********** is stating was completed has not been completed. To this date we haven't been able to obtain that from them. They have sent revised invoices with higher amounts which are way different from the original invoices. As of today we were contacted by an attorney hired by one of the sub-contractor for non payment which I paid Buffalo *********** for. The amount I issued Buffalo *********** was for $35,013.74 paid with a check (#****). Funds were given to Buffalo *********** to pay in full for this invoice. I have issued multiple checks to Buffalo Builders Inc and my concern now is how many more sub-contractors have not been paid on my behalf. I would like this company to be investigated and no consumer should go through this nightmare with this company and level of unprofessionalism.
