    When we contacted Buffalo Builders, it was after hours during the Holidays. Our basement was flooded and we were in a stressful spot. Not only were they extremely professional, they sent someone to meet with me immediately. The work they did was timely, and attentive to detail. Halfway through the project we changed our mind on a finish and the project manager was able to keep the original timeline while accommodating our needs. I was able to personally meet with the owner with any concerns that I had and communication was clear and open. We were very satisfied with the work. I have nothing but good things to say- they took care of my family in our time of need and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend working with Buffalo Builders.

    For those of you reading the Buffalo Builders Inc. reviews, I want to caution you to ignore the very positive review posted by *****************. *** is a manager for Buffalo Builders Inc. and writing a review by him is self serving. It makes sense that a horrible company would need employees to write positive reviews for their own company.Dealing with Buffalo Builders has been one of the worst experiences of my life. We hired them in June and they were still procrastinating in September. The project manager *********************** had no knowledge of what his job was supposed to be. For one example, they came to put roofing on a shed before the crushed roof was repaired.All parts of the small job were slow and dragged on for 4 months. Buffalo Builders Inc. has one motivation, to rip off insurance companies. They charged over $200 for the use of a ladder. This is only one example of a long list of outrageously inflated charges. Run away from Buffalo Builders if you wish to preserve your sanity!

    *** thank you for taking the time to review our company. Let me first start by addressing the fact that I wrote a review and am now working for the company. When the review was written, I did not work for Buffalo Builders. I knew of the company because BBI had performed a remodel of a commercial office space downtown **************** back in 2011 for an office that I was opening at the time. The project was beautiful and was completed in a timely manner, well within budget. Those finishes were so nice that they were still in existence the last time I was in that building. In 2018, our home on Cheyenne ******** experienced well over $300K of hail damage. I had BBI look at the project and they completed all the repairs. That is the review you are referencing. I would not change anything about that review today. I started working for BBI on a consulting basis in 2020 and became a full-time employee in 2021. As for your experience, again, I am sorry about your level of disappointment. As I explained to you on several occasions, the project manager assigned to your project was new and was learning. As soon as I became aware of the delays and of your frustration on the project, I became personally involved and assigned a large crew to finish the project as quickly as possible. The project was completed within the approved budget by your insurance company. ***, we do not make it a practice to rip off insurance companies as you state on your review. As I explained to you, our estimates are all done using software with rates that are approved by the construction industry as well as insurance companies. As I tried to explain to you, there are classifications of pricing that bundle several tools and materials into a category that does not always describe exactly the tool or material used on a project.
