    Totally RIP OFF on propane refills!! $2 more per gallon than even other Ace hardware stores in the area, when I called them out on it they LAUGHED in my face !!!!

    Its no wonder the Ace on Circle Drive has a ( B- ) score with the BBB and other business support platforms.I am a 20 year patron of this store. We have observed and noted that the cleanliness and orderliness of the store, service and employees customer relations and attention deteriorating for quite some time now. Today was my last visit ever to this store. I was denied the ability to purchase two (2) tanks of propane which is critical to my job. The staff and ultimately, the manager did not want to fill the tanks. I was told it was too cold. At this point in the day, it was sunny and warm in the parking lot. The demeanor and tone that the staff used with me prompted my request to speak to a manager. The managers approach was even worse which explains why service is so lame- leadership tells all. I then asked to speak to the owner or supervisor. I was refused. At this point the staff and management were yelling and threatening me with trespassing and police intervention. I left the store I then went home and researched the leadership of this particular Ace by calling another store and asking for that information. I then called the store on Circle requesting to speak to ***** Barnes The manager/employee who answered the phone was verbally abusive and denied my request to speak to *****. I called several times asking to speak directly to ***** and was denied, hung up on and further threatened. There are going to be two sides to this and every story. In the end, I was never assisted, supported or encouraged. I found myself being threatened by a team that was too darn lazy to go outside to fill two tanks of propane. That is what it comes down to. Never once was it about the customer- it was all about the employees. I got no propane and will never again patronize this store. I would think that in this competitive arena with ***************** and Amazon, folks would go over the moon to provide service - Good luck to you all
