  I have used Calibrating Air for over ten years for all my HVAC servicing & repair requirements & have always been pleased with the results. Their technicians are courteous & clearly know what they're doing. I've learned to follow-up on their recommendations to have something upgraded or replaced, but have never been pressured to do so. I recommended them to my daughter several years ago who also lives in the area. She has the same high regard for their services & performance as I do.

  I have had great experiences with Calibrating Air on my furnace and AC. Technicians are friendly and don't track mud into my home. Very professional and their office staff works with my wacky schedule. Great company to work with.

  Update: for 2 years they have been out every week to fix a brand new unit. To this day ** still having problems. Today ** told that the unit is working fine despite it not cooling while the tech is here but the unit doesnt keep the house cool and freezes over constantly. 2 years of not fixing the issue on a brand new unit and now they mention they will start charging because the labor warranty expired. This was a reported issue on the first year and now that theyve not fixed it 2 years later Ill have to start paying. Ive recommended this company to a lot of people and I deeply regret that. I replaced my old unit that struggled but worked and now Im stuck with a 10k dud that works occasionally.I had a furnace installed last year and my AC unit was replaced this year. They go out of their way to provide service above and beyond what I expected. Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely friendly and helpful. ****** and ***** did the installation and were extremely courteous and professional. I would 1000% suggest Calibrating Air!

  ******, since you decided to take this to a public format, then here is our final response to you. Thank you for using us and being patient with the one real issue your system had after we installed it. We gladly replaced the motor on the furnace last year when we found out it had failed, then we subsequently replaced the *** on the ** as it may have damaged that. We even went above and beyond and opened up the ductwork in the basement to try to help the system breathe. At each visit, my technicians have noticed that the filter gets dirty within a day or two and have recommended duct cleaning. We also noticed the weeds growing around the ** that are hindering the airflow. But ultimately the problem is you are setting the temperature way too low. The ** is designed to keep your house 75 on an 85 day. When you drop it down to 70 or lower, it will ice up, guaranteed. Please take our advice and your ** will work fine. Thank you.

  I highly recommend Calibrating Air! Everyone from reception, schedulers, technicians, and management are exceptional! I had a complicated job that also came with complicated scheduling. It was not an issue! Everyone was very understanding, accommodating and courteous. The job was done through a *********************** ***** that came with its own difficulties. Other companies (including veteran owned companies) would not touch the job or simply ghosted me after learning that it was not easy money. *******, took the job without a concern and stayed on top of everything over the span of 6+ months. His dedication was outstanding! On install day ************************ and ***** did an amazing job! They were punctual, courteous, efficient, and respectful. If you are a veteran, your service will be appreciated. If you are not a veteran and just need a company to do a job right the first time with the utmost professionalism than Calibrating Air is the right company for you!

  **** and *** installed a new Rheem Air Conditioner in our home. They were incredibly efficient, informative and competent. Our new air conditioner is working beautifully in some of the warmest weather we have experienced since moving to **************** 30 years ago. I would recommend Calibrating Air without hesitation to anyone needing a new system.

  We are incredibly pleased by the quality service that was provided by ******************* identified the problem and properly repaired our system, that despite only being 4 years old, has had to be serviced by 3 other companies. Our unit was purchased from and installed by a now bought out company. It wasn't properly installed, leaving a leak in the pipe for the refrigerant. None of the other 3 companies (4 technicians) that we've called to service and maintain our unit realized that there was a leak, despite always having to refill significant quantities of the refrigerant at each visit. ****** found the leak, showed how he was able to locate it, and explain why it was causing the symptoms we called to diagnose. Then, he continued to examine the rest of the system to make sure there weren't any other things of issue. When he was repairing the leak, he showed how it was improperly connected to the system, only about 80% of the circumference of the pipe was actually sealed when it was installed. He took the time to explain the system, what to look out for, and how to properly use and maintain the unit. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We are so incredibly grateful to find a company that took the time to properly identify the problem, not just sell us refrigerant year after year. He also discussed with us how to make maintaining the system more affordable. We only have great things to say. Finally, we will have reliable, functioning A/C for the summer!

  The team kept working until they got everything working together. They were great! **************** And ***** D were the main members that we worked with us. Very professional and courteous.
