I had Home Heating Service perform annual maintenance on my furnace. Very pleased. The technician, ****, did a thorough job of cleaning, checking and explaining things. He also left me a new filter since I had just changed it. They are a little more expensive, but I feel more comfortable with a reputable company that does not upsell or find things wrong that aren't really wrong. They also gave me an estimate in the spring for a new AC unit and the salesman told me I did not need anything more than the second cheapest unit for my home because I don't use it much. He, too, did a thorough inspection of the lines, found out I would need to move the pad to meet current code, and told me things looked good for a new install. The previous companies I contacted for an AC unit quote did just that - gave me a quote without asking any questions or investigating my current hookups. They just showed me their brochure with the prices (which would not have included moving the pad). I highly recommend this company for their honesty and integrity, and I will be using them in the future for any maintenance issues in my home.Home Heating Service Inc

I had Keiono come and fix 2 outdoor faucets. He showed up promptly and surveyed the faucets. Explained what they needed to be repaired and the cost. Once I agreed for him that I wanted it done he went and got the parts came back and had them both repaired quickly. Very pleasant and courteous. Would hire again. Thank you!!!Home Heating Service Inc
