    Excellent service! Knowledgeable and thorough.Had our annual furnace checkup and feel safer with the coming winter months. Also, **** *. was very personable, and the cost was affordable. Will make an earlier appointment for next year's check up! They book up fast...no wonder.,*************************

    Amazing service! I had a great experience working with *********************** from Olson Plumbing and Heating in ****************. I had a water line bust in my basement. I called them for an emergency plumber and ****** arrived in ***************************************** as I explained the problem. Being a Master Plumber, ****** quickly diagnosed the water leak instantly. He explained the problem clearly and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. ****** did a fantastic job completing the repair in a timely manner. He was always polite, easy to work with, and kept us informed during the repair progress. He left the workspace clean and tidy. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. Anyone would be hard to find a better plumber or plumbing business. A first-class job. Highly recommend!

    My family has been using the services of Olson Plumbing and Heating for 68 years. We have always been highly satisfied with the various services the provided us. I personally use them without exception for any service I need that they provide. Several years ago I was in discussions with the Heating ***** to replace my home's 20-year-old furnace, which was needing continual repairs. Before I could get info on my furnace selection to them, it failed completely on New Year's Eve winter night when it was -20 degrees outside. One of their technicians rushed over three space heaters at 10:30 pm and tutored me on how to use them. They arrived the following day early in the morning and installed a new furnace. Now that's outstanding customer service! Two days ago, hearing a muffled knocking noise, I investigated it and discovered the source was my water heater that was also leaking. Very late in the day, I called ***** for a service call asap and they sent me a savior. Upon arrival after working hours, he immediately set about diagnosing the problem and advising me of my options. I opted to replace the appliance. He called for delivery of the new water heater and energetically set about disassembling my furnace He discovered the regulator wasn't working and also replaced that. The new furnace and regulator were installed along with some new piping and the entire area totally cleaned by 10:30 pm. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, cheerful, informative, efficient, and just a delight to have at my home. This is typical of the service I have always, without exception, received from all Olson's technicians who have responded to my calls for service. Being assured of this whenever I need essential services has given me a peace of mind that I can't put a price on. They are a true blessing in my life. I highly recommend the use of Olson Plumbing and Heating to my community for any needed services that they provide.

    My furnace was installed in 2022 by another company and in 2023 I had it inspected by an independent technician who explained how the furnace had not been set up correctly for the size of my house and ****************' altitude. I called Olson this month and **** came to inspect the furnace and respond to my concerns. He was thorough and his explanations were detailed and gave me relief and encouragement that now my furnace is working the best it can compared to when it was installed. The company I had purchased the furnace from was not willing to consider the independent's report but Olson was.

    Fixed my clogged sewer but then after the access plug was reinserted leaks started there when toilet is flushed. Area needed scraping out of crud to make it ************ didn't do it. (Probably anxious to get to the next customer.) Instead he said I needed a new access pipe. If you want something done right, do it yourself which I will. Thanks for unclogging the sewer.
