Receive multiple calls a day with the same voice mail "This is direct recovery solutions with one final attempt to reach you before your account is transferred to our escalation department for processing please contact us at ************."These calls come in at between 5-10 a day from different numbers, will stop for a few months, then start all over from a new number with the same volume. Its ridiculous, and have no past due debt that this company should be calling me over.

Just got off the phone with them saying I took out a cash advance in 2018 which I have never in my life taken out a cash advance. Couldn't give me the address only the city it happened and said they mailed me a letter to my current address and an email which I never received and I asked them to send it again and they refused. Just said they escalated it. I have been monitoring my credit for the past 2 years. There is no collection for a pay day loan that's owed. They are a scam. Do not give them any money.

Direct Reco ery Solutions contacted me, asking for $428.00. I did pa y, yeah I shouldn't have. I thought my business with them was done. No. A week or so later I received another call, for $189+, for a payday loan. I proceed to explain that any debt of that nature should have been included in a 2022 bankruptcy, Ch. 7, filed by my husband and me. We shouldn't have anything left that was unknown. I asked for proff of the debt, original documents. I can't get them. But I can get phone calls. I can also make phone calls. They are so annoying. 1 star because none is not an option.

Same as everyone else, randomly started harassing me for a payday loan Ive never taken out. They had my address but have never sent any correspondence through the mail. Wouldnt answer my questions when I asked where and when the loan was taken out. Told her I wanted all information of this supposed loan sent to me and she hung up on me. Everytime they call its from a different phone number.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company randomly started harassing me last week. Finally listened to a vm they left all the way through and called the number back that they provided which wasnt the number they called from. The call does not ring!!! Someone immediately picks up. They knew my name, last 4 of my ssn (which I did not confirm), and stated I took out a payday loan in 2018 from advance America. I was in college at that time didnt get a job until Dec. I asked for the contact number of advance America, they wouldnt give it to me, asked for the loan application number, wouldnt give that to me. Wouldnt give me any direct information to the payday loan I supposedly took out in 2018. Threatened to take me to court and after I said Ill see you there, they hung up.

Direct Recovery Solutions are Corrupt! THIS company has harassed me and family members for money I do not owe. I was a victim of identity theft on several occasions for payday loans, stolen unemployment, medical bills, opened bank account and much more. These bottom feeders obviously buy these debts for Pennies on the dollar because the **** older if the debt knows it was identity theft but these bottom feeders try to threaten you. They call you and wont tell you anything until you tell them your info. Sounds shady. I dont ever give any info. You are calling then you tell me what you want and who I am

I received a call from this company and I called them back. They ask me my name and stated the last four of my social security number. I advised I do not verify personal information over the telephone and they hung up on me. I called them back and they knew it was me I asked for the name of the company she gave me the information. I asked for the address and website and she refused. I advised I will be contacted the Attorney General about your claim that I owe you money from a payday loan company that I never took out. She replied well I'm sending your file to our legal department. I told her please do and if you can't provide your information please add me to your do not call list. They have to be a SCAM I looked them up online they website and nothing else exist.

BEWARE - I've received the same type of phone call(s) as all the others - stating I had defaulted on a ****** loan from "Payday". Would not give me any additional information, threatened me with legal action, court, garnishing my wages, etc and finally disconnected the call with me when I pushed for specific information. Zero stars from me - just no option to rate them a zero.

This company is a complete scam. They called me and left a voicemail about a debt owed by someone who's name did not match mine or any former name of mine. I reported them to the *** for a do-not-call list violation. Don't answer the phone for these cons. Just report them.

I have received several calls from this company and finally answered today. The associate stated I needed to send $390 for a payday loan I didnt pay back in 2017. When I told her I didnt receive a payday loan, she stated I would be taken to court if I didnt accept the settlement and then I would have to pay $1700 and it would ruin my credit. Im not sending a dime and Im reporting them to my states attorney general. They are definitely scam artists!
