  I received a call from this company that left a message to call back but never said who they were trying to contact. I finally called back to see who they were looking for and what it was in regards to. They stated that they were needing to speak to me about a payday loan that was taken out online back in 2019. I told her I have not taken out any payday loans and that this is incorrect. I asked what I could do about this as this was a fraudulent loan. She continued to ask info about me and said they sent a letter to my current address that I never received. I told her I would call her back and I did. She stated that was going to sign off on garnishment of wages and I continue to tell her this was not my loan and I was not going to pay it. The account number for the bank she gave me clearly states there were no deposits to that account for the time frame she gave me. This company is very unprofessional as it does not help you realize the issue but asks you to pay for something you didnt apply for. I will contact in my lawyer.

  They called me today but I was working so I didn't answer. I called back on ************** as that's the number they called on. They said I took out a payday loan in 2018 from Advance America. They had my correct last 4 of my ssn and an address I did not live at in 2018. It freaked me out because I work at ******************** and the way they were talking, literally sounded like my job. However, I never have taken out a payday loan in my life and I did not live at that address in 2018. I had actually moved. This place is a scam. Please do not answer.

  100% a scammer company. Stated I had a loan out with Advance America all the way back in 2012. I called the loan company and they had No information on me. If I truly took out a loan then, or someone did under me. They would know when, and how much I owe, plus to which debt collector it was sent to. I'm tired of these places they need to be arrested and shut down.

  They called to harass me about a payday loan I never took out in 2013. I told them I never took out a payday loan and I wanted proof of the loan. The lady proceeded to harass me on the phone at work and told me I needed to pay. Ridiculous and false information. I have never gone into a payday loan store.

  Have received several calls from Direct Recovery Solutions. They asked me to call back to another number in a voicemail. Called the company and they were asking for me. I was unsure as to what this company in trying to accomplish. The telemarketer then asked me for the last 4 of my social, I wouldn't share that with anyone over the phone, so I declined. I asked if there was any further information that I could provide that would open this dialog. They stated without that information (SSN) they cannot share with me why they are calling... OK, then please don't call again. Cease and desist OR send the following information first if this is what you choose to do, but stop calling me. Please mail only from this point forward. This will allow me to "verify" the debt. Here is the information I request: 1. What the money is owed for? Explain and show me how you calculated what you say I owe.2. Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe.3. Identify the original creditor.4. Show me that you are licensed in my state, and provide me your license number please. Please know, any further attempts to collect this debt without validating it violates the ****** Please be advised that I intend to record all phones calls, keep all correspondence, and will not hesitate to report violations to my State Attorney General and, of course, the Better Business Bureau.Thank You

  I have received calls from this company for months stating a payday loan was taken out back in 2008, and never was repaid. The address on file was from years ago and not current, they stated that I had to pay or it was going to be reported and I would be taken to court. Its insane and just not true! I cant believe they think the noises in the background are real enough to be believed! They are a definite scam!

  100% a Scam! This company left me a VM. They stated they were Direct Recovery Solutions from ********, **. Yet when I called them, they said they were calling from GP. They told me I have a payday loan from American Pay. They said it was taken out in 2018. When I asked what address they have on the contract (supposedly from me) they gave my current address NOT the address from the application in 2018. When I told them I didn't live at that address in 2018, they corrected themselves and said that was just the current address on my account. I asked what address was on the original contract. They didn't know. I have NEVER had a payday loan from any financial institution or online institution. They said they had the last 4 of my SSN. They are going to process it as me. They are a scam! Don't believe a word they say!
