    The most worse service I ever have. Don't even take you vehicle there. I have my truck for 7 weeks and they don't even start working on it. I really disappointed about the service. Supposedly we are getting the best service on the dealer after I buy a new truck with ****** And still warranty on it... they always give you some many stupid excuses.. and lies about the way Supposedly work on the vehicle.. even worse I have call from the supervisor from service to bring my truck back. And deal straight with him yo getting better service then the last times. Always says is nothing wrong with it.... I really mad at the lies and don't even care about you car.. another thing they parking my truck outside with the windows open and was raining... not even offering to clean the interior...

    I bought a 2015 Mustang from this dealership. On the way home back to ****** the car popped out of 5th gear while driving and would not go back into 5th gear. I was able to get it home, thinking it was isolated issue with the car I drove it close to home on side streets not using 5th gear, two days later clutch issues developed, the transmission issues got worse. I parked the car and called the dealer to be looked at. It took 2 weeks to be picked up. It was sent off to their **** dealership. I receive a quick response from them stating the car was low on fluid with no leaks, at this point I learned this transmission was new before I bought the car. Doesn't sound that it was installed correctly with the proper amount of fluid. The **** dealership was very helpful but was told not to repair the car. It was sent back to the Chevrolet dealership in the Springs. I didn't get any updates on the car unless I called or texted my sales representative. Now 2 months after purchase I received a call from the Used Sales Manager to give me an update. He happily states they have the replacement transmission, then drops the news that they want me to pay for the clutch repairs totaling $1900. The faulty transmission likely led to the faulty clutch. There was no offer during this time for a loaner car or any other assistance. If this was my only car, I would be out of work right now. I explained this to the Manager, and I got 0 sympathy or any compassion. At this point this issue is not resolved and I wouldn't recommend to anyone buying from this dealership. Terrible experience since day 1.

    I purchased a used vehicle priced for $12,900 I put a $6,500 down and finance the rest.They had me waiting for a long time. When I signed the financing I did not realized the Finance Charges and Warranty charged is around $6,500 which the amount financed is $12,900 I did not get anything subtracted from the price of the car. I did not realized this until the lending company sent me the payment information.I'm too busy at work I do not have time to take these people to court.I will never do business with these people.
