    In response to a special offer, I mailed check number **** in the amount of $20 to Sunset Magazine on January 22 of this year. As of this date I have received no magazines. Attempts to contact Sunset have proven difficult and futile. Phone number for customer service simply advises callers to contact them via email. Good luck with this route, too! Emails bounce back as "undeliverable due to full mailbox." After three email attempts to contact Sunset's customer service representatives, I was sent a message stating that they did not receive payment from me. Bank statements, however, prove otherwise. On February 18, check number **** in the amount of $20 was cashed by Sunset Magazine. I have asked Sunset four times now to please immediately send me magazines or refund my money. So far, they are stalling, stating that they can't find my email address. It's available on the emails I've already forwarded to them! Please put pressure on this company to honor my advance payment and either send magazines immediately or refund my $20. I know it may seem a small amount, but their behavior is dishonest and dishonorable. If they treat others in this fashion, they are amassing quite a windfall without delivering a single issue. Thank you for your help.

    I paid for a subscription in February and have not received a single issue. Every time I call I am told I will receive past issues and emails and/or calls from a manager. I have received nothing - no emails, no calls, no issues. I want my money back - at this point my money has been stolen as I have not received anything from Sunset in return for my money.

    I have chosen not to renew my subscription to Sunset magazine. They have sent me about 3 continuing invoices for an outstanding balance that is overdue when I didnt renew. I have replied on writing to them asking them to remove my name from their mailing list and that I dont owe them anything since I never authorized the subscription renewal. They dont have a customer service number to call only a PO box 680 ************ ** 60069-0680
