    NO STARS AT ALL!Cancelled my subscription multiple times. Sent back covers w my name/address marked Cancel! No more magazines wanted! and Cancel Immediately! Sent emails to the company. They persist n sending me notices that I have defaulted in payment, and that $ is past due. I tried to call multiple times to tell them to STOP sending any mail to me. They never answer the phone! I tried to stay on the lines for over 2 hours, while they continued to say that just 3 callers were ahead of my call! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO SERVICE AT ALL!A lot of retirees get this magazine, because they have free time to travelI think Sunsets deplorable service is a way to take advantage of older people!

    can't contact them by phone (it just rings and rings-I waited 40 minutes twice with no response), tried to reply to a subscription notice by email and the email was undeliverable. I wanted to get a gift subscription but they subscribed me twice. Very disappointed with Sunset Magazine. Won't ever do business with them again.
