I tried using my arch supports for a full six weeks and found that I have increased pain and the supports dont even fit in most of my shoes. I have tried wearing them, despite this complication to give them a good try. Maybe this is why my feet hurt worse - just trying to keep them in place. I called to return and found that they only give store credit to the tune of $1,400. I am very disappointed. I wanted these to work but instead feel as though I have been duped!

I bought the full set of insole supports which have helped with my back pain. The manager who helped me that day gave me a $100 gift card towards a pair of shoes if I wanted to get them. I went back about 6 weeks later to get some shoes( this is a 150 trip one way) and the lady working went in the back and brought out about 10 pairs of shoes, never asked what kind of shoe I wanted til I went to the back and told her I wanted athletic shoes for work. She brought out 2 pair and a went back to the back never checking on me to see how they fit. When went to pay the "gift card" was no good. I told her I didn't want them as they were$162. I am a senior citizen on SS. She did credit me the $100, but still paid $62. After 2 days working (put time at ******** My feet hurt so bad I couldn't stand it so I got a pair os shoes at ******* to finish the day. I have bunions and hammer toes and these shoes were normal width. I called to see if I could exchange them for a wide width and was told no exchange or refund. I feel like the took my money and be done with me.$1300 was a lot for me to pay even on my b interest credit card. Just a rip off. I hope we can resolve this. I am going back to Springs next week to see if I can find shoes that are going to work with the insoles. I ive in ******* ******** and we have only ******* to shop at. Not a happy lady.
