I have demanded that the old part be returned and required by law but the company has refused to return it.

We replaced the customers faucet. Standard operating procedure is we take the old faucet with us unless the customer requests to keep the faucet. The customer did not request to keep the faucet till after the installation was complete and we had already left the house, and our technician went out of town. We have already contacted the customer to give the old facet back. The technician that was there is currently out of town and the part is on his van. We have contacted the customer and let them know once the technician is back in town we will be returning the faucet to them. The technician does not get back into town until Sunday the 20th of October.

    Thank you.

I have tried reaching this business many times with regards to work they did on the pipe in my front yard. There is something wrong with the hole they dug, it keeps opening up into a sink hole. Im very scared to walk over it. Im not getting a return reply and I am hoping this can help.

Without a doubt, I was scammed by this company and by *** the contractor. I called them out because of a flooded toilet, they dug up and supposedly replaced all the piping in the back yard but really they just needed to snake the drain because it was fairly new piping out there. My neighbor was home when the crew arrived, and said they were just standing around most the time anyway and they definitely didn't pull a permit because there was no tamping done when they filled the hole and the city never came back out to inspect. I guess I'm grateful at least that none of my dogs fell in the hole and got hurt, although they did leave the fence in and let my dog out at one point. But what really ****** me off is they messed with a wire down there that connects to my water heater, so I didn't have hot water for a week and at first they acted like they didn't know anything about it and it was all a coincidence. After all was said and done they charged us $6800 and I had to pay an electrician another $450 just to fix their damages. I had to put it on credit.I don't mean to sound dramatic, but hopefully this review saves someone from becoming ***'s next unknowing *****

To whom it may concern, this was an unfortunate situation. There were several details that were involved here. After we excavated and repaired the sewer lines the customer did not have any hot water. We sent a plumber over there and we found there was no power to the water heater. An electrician was called and verified there was no hot water to the water heater. After some investigation it was found that there was an electrical wire that was no marked berried in the ground and illegally ran to the water heater. No one knew that this was an related issue to the water heater. We do have paperwork that excludes responsibility for utility lines that are not marked. However, once we recognized the issue was caused by the excavation the customer had the issue fixed already for $450 dollars. We went ahead in good faith and took off $750 dollars of the invoice to help the customer out.

    Thank you.
